Every process must be approached from the point of view of improving these points:<\/p>\n<p>1. Process automation This is a key tool for improving efficiency in the logistics sector. The implementation of automated systems, such as order tracking and management, automatic inventory control, electronic invoicing, among others, can significantly reduce human errors and increase the speed of processes. All developments based on RPA and Artificial Intelligence are currently at the forefront.<\/p>\n<p>2. Use of advanced technologies The use of advanced technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning, can significantly improve efficiency and optimisation. For example, IoT enables complete visibility of the logistics process, from origin to final destination, which helps to optimise routes, reduce time and costs. AI and machine learning can help predict future demand and improve supply chain planning.<\/p>\n<p>3. Continuous improvement: Key process to maintain efficiency and optimisation. This involves constantly analysing current processes to identify opportunities for improvement, and developing action plans to implement these changes. Continuous improvement also involves constant education and training of staff to ensure that they are up to date with the latest industry trends and
