Reduce, Reuse and Recycle are the 3 R’s essential for the circular economy. Reduce waste, recycle it with your own resources and reuse it by reconverting it into raw materials to make final products. In order to carry out the circular economy, resources are needed to manage waste with the latest technology and avoiding as much as possible all the emissions derived from the processes.<\/p>\n

This is why Ribawood’s development and innovation department works to achieve the objectives of each client. By injecting both recycled materials (which represent 80% of the total injected) and virgin materials (in the case of the food or pharmaceutical sector), the company has the capacity to manufacture medium and large volume parts for various fields using the latest technologies. Together with its clear environmental awareness, the driving force behind the circular economy that it has been carrying out since its beginnings and which has been strengthened in recent years. Not only is it concerned about caring for the environment, but it also wants its customers to contribute to it.<\/p>\n

By adhering to programmes such as Lean & Green, which promote environmental commitment, it aims to reduce its waste by a further 30% as far as possible over the next three years. To this end, it has adhered to CO2 reduction plans, through energy efficiency, and internal and external actions, in terms of transport and waste management.<\/p>\n

Working towards a circular economy does not imply lowering the quality of the final product, but rather the opposite, it seeks to improve it and to improve the service.<\/p>\n

It is important for companies to produce, but also to raise awareness among workers and the environment, through policies that promote environmental care.<\/p>\n

With 12 injection lines, more than 50,000 m2 of facilities and a recycling plant, Ribawood can revalue plastic waste and create circularity systems according to different needs.<\/p>\n

All this means that Ribawood has customers on all 5 continents from which it provides services from its plants in Zaragoza. Customers from all types of sectors, from food, to health, to logistics, to public services, among others.<\/p>\n
