Conscientes del crecimiento exponencial de la demanda, KION Group, grupo del que STILL forma parte, comenz\u00f3 a fortalecer su estructura en 2019 creando una <em>joint venture<\/em> con BMZ Holding GmbH para desarrollar y comercializar sus propias bater\u00edas de litio: <strong>KION Battery Systems (KBS). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hoy la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha iniciado con \u00e9xito la producci\u00f3n de bater\u00edas de litio para carretillas industriales. Una acci\u00f3n que no solo permitir\u00e1 ampliar la gama de productos de iones de litio a todas las empresas de la marca, sino que tambi\u00e9n conseguir\u00e1 expandir la capacidad de producci\u00f3n para satisfacer la creciente demanda de bater\u00edas de litio en el mercado intralog\u00edstico, especialmente en la regi\u00f3n EMEA.<strong> Como resultado, STILL se beneficia del m\u00e1s alto nivel tecnol\u00f3gico en su amplio cat\u00e1logo de carretillas de litio y fortalece su capacidad a la hora de desarrollar soluciones relacionadas con esta tecnolog\u00eda. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Impulsando la tecnolog\u00eda del futuro <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El Grupo KION est\u00e1 poniendo especial \u00e9nfasis en la energ\u00eda y la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, temas que tendr\u00e1n una influencia significativa en la intralog\u00edstica y el manejo de materiales.<\/strong> Las tareas de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo del Grupo se centran en estos momentos en impulsar la tecnolog\u00eda del futuro. <strong>Por ello, la cartera de productos de STILL incluye todo tipo de innovadoras tecnolog\u00edas de propulsi\u00f3n, desde motores de combusti\u00f3n interna hasta bater\u00edas de iones de litio y plomo-\u00e1cido, e incluso pilas de combustible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n del nuevo edificio de la f\u00e1brica de 4.000m\u00b2 de KBS son capaces de fabricar m\u00e1s de 12.000 bater\u00edas al a\u00f1o, principalmente para carretillas elevadoras y carretillas industriales de gran potencia y alto rendimiento. Tambi\u00e9n integran \u00e1reas de administraci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n y almac\u00e9n. <strong>Para 2023, se espera que la plantilla de KION Battery Systems crezca hasta integrar 150 empleados dedicados a investigaci\u00f3n, desarrollo y producci\u00f3n. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Las bater\u00edas STILL Li-Ion incrementan la productividad de forma sostenible<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, las pol\u00edticas medioambientales de las empresas han generado un nuevo inter\u00e9s por las bater\u00edas de iones de litio.
