POLYPAL equips Dexis’ logistics centre to ensure its expansion in Spain<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe new Dexis warehouse is a response to the company’s expansion in Spain. Due to the growth in the number of branches, they needed to centralise all their distribution with the aim of achieving much more agile and efficient logistics. From now on, all the projection of growth at an operational level will be managed from the new platform.\r\nThe facility, located in Zaragoza, has a surface area of 13,800 m2 and will be able to house up to 60,000 product references.\r\nThis logistics platform prepared for logistics 4.0 is equipped with pallet racking, picking racks for medium loads, cantilever racks for long loads and special racks for vertical load storage.\r\nBenefits and advantages that the new installation brings to the Dexis business:\r\n– It facilitates the implementation of logistics 4.0, incorporating new technologies and automations in Dexis Ib\u00e9rica’s processes.\r\n– It significantly increases storage capacity to have the largest catalogue of products in a single space, thus improving the availability of products for its customers.\r\n– Increases productivity and, therefore, reduces the time it takes to make products available to its customers.\r\n– Improves inventory management and the risk of stock-outs.\r\n\r\n– It contributes to sustainability and reduces the carbon footprint thanks to the implementation of more efficient operations.\r\n“I would highlight the quality of the installed product, the advice during the design phase and the ability to adapt tailor-made solutions. ”\r\nJos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel Aliaga (Operations Director, Dexis Ib\u00e9rica)\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
