Revisar tu surtido de productos y analizar su comportamiento es una tarea imprescindible para la buena gesti\u00f3n de una empresa. Sin embargo, a pesar de que todos sabemos que reducir obsoletos es indispensable, sacarlos de las operaciones de la empresa suele ser una tarea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de decir que de hacer.<\/p>\n

Hoy compartimos una sencilla\u00a0gu\u00eda de 4 pasos para reducir obsoletos<\/strong>\u00a0reduciendo el impacto financiero al m\u00ednimo: eliminarlos del stock f\u00edsico, eliminarlos de los procesos administrativos, la devaluaci\u00f3n financiera y el control de da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

REDUCIR OBSOLETOS Y NO MORIR EN EL INTENTO<\/h2>\n

Basados en la experiencia de Slimstock como analista del inventario, la realidad nos dice que alrededor del 10% de los productos de\u00a0tu almac\u00e9n no se vender\u00e1n nunca<\/strong>. Si no se van a vender, inevitablemente se convertir\u00e1n en obsoletos, con lo que te costar\u00e1n dinero\u00a0y adem\u00e1s ocupar\u00e1n un espacio muy valioso en tu almac\u00e9n. Y si la realidad es que, casi con total seguridad, estos art\u00edculos no te van\u00a0a aportar ning\u00fan ingreso, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 los sigues teniendo?<\/p>\n

Eliminar el stock obsoleto implica un gran coraje. Despu\u00e9s de todo, si lo amortiz\u00e1ramos ser\u00eda a expensas del margen de beneficio de\u00a0la empresa, cosa que nunca le parecer\u00e1 buena idea a un Director Financiero. Pero si te atreves a poner en pr\u00e1ctica estos\u00a04 sencillos\u00a0pasos<\/strong>, a finales de a\u00f1o te habr\u00e1s ganado el respeto de toda la organizaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

Paso 1: Eliminar el stock obsoleto f\u00edsico<\/h3>\n

El primer paso a la hora de reducir obsoletos es eliminarlos f\u00edsicamente del almac\u00e9n y colocarlos en un lugar donde nadie pueda\u00a0encontrarlos. No importa d\u00f3nde, la idea es simplemente que los pierdas de vista. Aunque esto puede parecer algo atrevido, es\u00a0totalmente necesario.
