El nuevo almac\u00e9n, est\u00e1 situado junto a la planta dedicada a la producci\u00f3n de alimentos para la acuicultura y anexo a la de producci\u00f3n de comida para mascotas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ar-racking.com\/es\/inicio\">AR Racking<\/a> ha instalado para la multinacional de origen holand\u00e9s dos soluciones de almacenaje distintas, ambas dise\u00f1adas para el almacenaje compacto de alta densidad. Por un lado, el almac\u00e9n cuenta con el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ar-racking.com\/es\/sistemas-almacenaje\/almacenes-automatizados\/palets\/shuttle-para-paletas\">sistema shuttle<\/a> con capacidad para almacenar <strong>2.953 europaletas<\/strong> de producto terminado. Se trata de una soluci\u00f3n semiautomatizada, que utiliza carros sat\u00e9lite (shuttle) motorizados para transportar la carga de manera aut\u00f3noma por el interior de la estanter\u00eda. Por otro lado, las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ar-racking.com\/es\/sistemas-almacenaje\/estanterias-industriales\/paletizacion\/compactas-drive-in\">estanter\u00edas compactas Drive In<\/a> est\u00e1n destinadas a almacenar <strong>594 europaletas<\/strong> de material auxiliar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuestra capacidad log\u00edstica se ve fuertemente incrementada con esta nueva instalaci\u00f3n, lo que va a permitir afianzarnos en nuestra posici\u00f3n de l\u00edderes en el sector. Estamos muy satisfechos de contar con un almac\u00e9n equipado para operar de forma muy \u00e1gil y en el que se ha aprovechado cada metro de superficie\u201d, afirman desde Direcci\u00f3n de Skretting.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Mikel Bilbao, T\u00e9cnico Comercial de AR Racking para la Zona Norte, \u201cla soluci\u00f3n semiautom\u00e1tica con shuttle es id\u00f3nea para un flujo de manipulaci\u00f3n constante como el que necesita Skretting con su producto terminado. La rotaci\u00f3n del material auxiliar no era un factor primordial, por lo que optamos por dise\u00f1ar una soluci\u00f3n que rentabilizar\u00e1 al m\u00e1ximo el espacio destinado a esa mercanc\u00eda con las estanter\u00edas compactas Drive In\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Skretting es una compa\u00f1\u00eda perteneciente a la multinacional <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nutreco.com\">Nutreco<\/a>, l\u00edder a nivel mundial en alimentaci\u00f3n animal. Skretting est\u00e1 presente en otros 18 pa\u00edses repartidos por todos los continentes. Fundada en 1899 y con sede central en Stavanger (Noruega), su capacidad de producci\u00f3n de alimentos para la acuicultura alcanz\u00f3 los 2,4 millones de toneladas en 2020.
