Est\u00e1 previsto que la planta entre en funcionamiento en 2023.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo proceso\u00a0<strong>UpCycle reduce\u00a0un 57% de emisiones de CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0(CO<sub>2<\/sub>e)\u00a0<\/strong>con respecto a la producci\u00f3n de la misma cantidad de pl\u00e1sticos v\u00edrgenes con fuentes f\u00f3siles. UpCycle tambi\u00e9n reduce el equivalente de emisiones de CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0un 77% en comparaci\u00f3n con los m\u00e9todos tradicionales de gesti\u00f3n de residuos pl\u00e1sticos, como la incineraci\u00f3n o el dep\u00f3sito en vertedero. Estas reducciones de CO<sub>2<\/sub>e son unas de las mayores ventajas de la oferta de tecnolog\u00eda pirol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>Las plantas de reciclaje con tecnolog\u00eda UpCycle tienen un<strong>\u00a0dise\u00f1o modular\u00a0<\/strong>que permite un despliegue y ensamblaje r\u00e1pido y una mayor econom\u00eda de escala para los residuos pl\u00e1sticos que se generan.<\/p>\n<p>Sacyr ser\u00e1, as\u00ed, la primera firma en aplicar esta tecnolog\u00eda UpCycle a toda la cadena de valor de la gesti\u00f3n de residuo pl\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n<p>De momento, se ultima la elecci\u00f3n de la ubicaci\u00f3n para la planta dentro de la comunidad andaluza.
