La adquisici\u00f3n de Modumaq por parte de SCIO Automation, que se formalizar\u00e1 este mes de diciembre, es una oportunidad estrat\u00e9gica para ambos grupos. La empresa toledana referente en automatizaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica continuar\u00e1 con su proceso de internacionalizaci\u00f3n, podr\u00e1 expandirse y asumir proyectos de mayor envergadura gracias a la disposici\u00f3n de mayores recursos, equipos y tecnolog\u00eda de la plataforma internacional de automatizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, SCIO Automation ha detectado tambi\u00e9n una oportunidad en Modumaq, no s\u00f3lo por su cercan\u00eda, flexibilidad y precisi\u00f3n en los proyectos, sino tambi\u00e9n por ser la \u00fanica empresa espa\u00f1ola, y una de las dos a nivel global, situada en el nivel m\u00e1s alto del programa alem\u00e1n, Rolling On Interroll, Approved Value Creator.<\/p>\n

Esta adquisici\u00f3n no supondr\u00e1 cambios en la direcci\u00f3n ejecutiva de Modumaq. La compa\u00f1\u00eda toledana mantendr\u00e1 su independencia desde el punto de vista operativo, pero se beneficiar\u00e1 de la fuerza y orientaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de SCIO Automation. A partir de ahora, Modumaq tendr\u00e1 acceso a las soluciones de todo el grupo internacional, por lo que podr\u00e1 ofrecer una gama a\u00fan m\u00e1s amplia de productos y servicios a sus clientes.<\/p>\n
