Su objetivo es lograr un mercado europeo de\u00a0<strong>transporte con reglas m\u00e1s justas<\/strong>\u00a0y armonizadas en materia social, laboral y fiscal y reduciendo las distorsiones de la competencia que hasta ahora se ven\u00edan produciendo.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed,\u00a0<strong>Fenadismer<\/strong>\u00a0informa que este pr\u00f3ximo 2 de febrero,\u00a0<strong>entrar\u00e1 en vigor la nueva regulaci\u00f3n sobre desplazamiento de conductores entre pa\u00edses de la Uni\u00f3n Europea<\/strong>, que permitir\u00e1\u00a0<strong>luchar mejor contra las denominadas empresas buz\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0(empresas extranjeras deslocalizadas) y la competencia realizada por empresas sujetas a condiciones salariales m\u00e1s ventajosas.\u00a0<strong>La nueva regulaci\u00f3n exige que los conductores que realicen operaciones de transporte internacional o de cabotaje perciban el salario m\u00ednimo del pa\u00eds en el que el transporte es efectuado<\/strong>, excluyendo de esta obligaci\u00f3n a los trasportes en tr\u00e1nsito as\u00ed como a los transportes bilaterales.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, las 33.000 empresas transportistas espa\u00f1olas que actualmente realizan transporte internacional, salvo que hagan transportes exentos, deber\u00e1n registrarse en una\u00a0<a title=\"Web plataforma IMI\" href=\"https:\/\/www.postingdeclaration.eu\/landing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Plataforma telem\u00e1tica espec\u00edfica denominada IMI<\/strong><\/a>, la cual ya se encuentra activa, y que ha sido desarrollada por la Autoridad Laboral Europea, en la que ser\u00e1 posible enviar toda la documentaci\u00f3n adecuada para realizar servicios internacionales no s\u00f3lo a sus conductores sino sobre todo a las autoridades de control de
