acuerdo para adquirir el <em><strong>\u00e1rea de negocio de correo y paqueter\u00eda de Siemens Logistics<\/strong><\/em>, aunque la operaci\u00f3n queda condicionada a su aprobaci\u00f3n definitiva por las autoridades de competencia.<\/p>\n<p>La compra tiene un valor de 1.150 millones de euros y ambas partes esperan que pueda completarse antes de fin de a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, K\u00f6rber\u00a0<em><strong>ampl\u00eda sus servicios<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0para la gesti\u00f3n de la cadena de suministro, tanto en Europa, como en Am\u00e9rica del norte y en el mercado chino.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la rama de paqueter\u00eda de Siemens Logistic ofrece<em><strong>\u00a0tecnolog\u00eda de correo y paqueter\u00eda<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0y soluciones totalmente automatizadas para el procesamiento digitalizado de correo y paqueter\u00eda, con alrededor de 1.200 empleados y unos ingresos anuales de unos 500 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed pues, con la adquisici\u00f3n del negocio de correo y paqueter\u00eda de Siemens Logistics, K\u00f6rber complementar\u00e1 su<strong>\u00a0oferta para la cadena de suministro<\/strong>, ampliando su oferta de productos complementarios y ganando acceso a los principales proveedores de log\u00edstica del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>Asu vez, la rama de correo y paqueter\u00eda de Siemens Logistics se beneficiar\u00e1 de la cadena de suministro de extremo a extremo y de las\u00a0<em><strong>capacidades de integraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0de sistemas globales de
