De esta forma, se\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elmercantil.com\/2021\/12\/17\/el-transporte-por-carretera-entierra-los-paros-tras-pactar-con-el-gobierno\/\">materializa el acuerdo alcanzado el pasado 17 de diciembre<\/a>\u00a0entre el ministerio de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana (Mitma) y el Comit\u00e9 Nacional del Transporte por Carretera (CNTC). La ministra de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana, Raquel S\u00e1nchez, ha afirmado que el objetivo de esta regulaci\u00f3n \u201ces reequilibrar las asimetr\u00edas existentes actualmente entre los actores del sector del transporte de mercanc\u00edas por carretera, mejorar su posici\u00f3n y competitividad y garantizar condiciones laborales adecuadas y protecci\u00f3n social para los conductores\u201d.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"has-blockquote-image quote-type\"><p>\u201cEl objetivo es reequilibrar las asimetr\u00edas entre los actores del sector del transporte por carretera\u201d<br \/><strong>Raquel S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>\u00a0Ministra de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Se trata de un total de 20 medidas tanto regulatorias, que se incluyen en el mencionado Real Decreto Ley, como no regulatorias, \u201cen las que tambi\u00e9n se est\u00e1 avanzando\u201d, ha se\u00f1alado la ministra. Entre las primeras, ha destacado la \u201cprohibici\u00f3n de la participaci\u00f3n de los conductores en las operaciones de carga y descarga, la reducci\u00f3n de los tiempos de espera en estas operaciones, la lucha contra la competencia desleal y la revisi\u00f3n obligatoria del precio del transporte por la variaci\u00f3n del precio del combustible desde el momento de la contrataci\u00f3n hasta el que se realiza el transporte\u201d. El Real Decreto Ley no incluye la definici\u00f3n de un modelo de pago por uso de las carreteras, tal y como se acord\u00f3 con el Comit\u00e9 Nacional del Transporte por Carretera (CNTC) en
