Seg\u00fan ha anunciado la entidad presidida por Manuel Hern\u00e1ndez, dan \u201cuna tregua a la situaci\u00f3n actual por propia responsabilidad hacia la sociedad y hacia los sectores que se hayan sentido m\u00e1s perjudicados como son ganader\u00eda, agricultura y pesca, entre otros\u201d. La decisi\u00f3n llega\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elmercantil.com\/2022\/03\/29\/el-pacto-con-la-carretera-desinfla-los-paros-de-plataforma-y-reanima-al-transporte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del acuerdo suscrito entre el Gobierno y las asociaciones mayoritarias del sector (CNTC), la vuelta a la actividad mayoritaria de los transportistas<\/a>\u00a0y la p\u00e9rdida de diversos apoyos asociativos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVamos a dar un voto de confianza al propio ministerio de Transportes para que en el menor plazo posible ponga en marcha la ansiada ley que erradique de manera rotunda el trabajo a p\u00e9rdidas de los transportistas\u201d, ha se\u00f1alado respecto a la normativa que defienden para no trabajar por debajo de costes. Asimismo, \u201charemos un seguimiento sobre aquellos operadores de transporte que no adopten una actitud suficiente para poder sobrevivir durante el periodo de articulaci\u00f3n de la dicha ley prometida\u201d. Durante la asamblea celebrada en Madrid, su presidente ha insistido en que \u201cno se ha desconvocado nada y, en cualquier momento, podemos reactivar dicho paro\u201d. Manuel Hern\u00e1ndez tambi\u00e9n ha insistido en los \u00faltimos comunicados publicados en redes sociales en la necesidad de fortalecer Plataforma para \u201cdesenmascarar\u201d la falta de representatividad del Comit\u00e9 Nacional del Transporte por Carretera (CNTC).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
