En este contexto, se est\u00e1n planteando diferentes soluciones, como emplear la inteligencia artificial para identificar mejor los patrones de consumo y cobrar los gastos de la log\u00edstica inversa \u00fanicamente a aquellos que son propensos a devolver productos. \u201cLos retailers saben qu\u00e9 persona devuelve mucho, por lo que empezar\u00e1n a cobrar a las que devuelven m\u00e1s en lugar de a todos, es decir, empezaremos a ver una personalizaci\u00f3n de la devoluci\u00f3n\u201d, ha vaticinado el director de Operaciones de GLS Spain, Juan Sandes.<\/p>\n<p>Las empresas tienen que gestionar los productos que vuelven al almac\u00e9n de origen y afrontar los gastos de la log\u00edstica inversa, ya que \u201caunque ponga env\u00edo y devoluci\u00f3n gratis, no es as\u00ed, a m\u00ed me cuesta el transporte\u201d, ha explicado el director de Operaciones de GLS Spain\u00a0durante las jornadas de la<a href=\"https:\/\/elmercantil.com\/2022\/04\/05\/la-falta-de-alternativas-y-las-ayudas-al-gasoleo-frenan-los-cambios-en-las-flotas-de-camiones\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0I Feria Internacional Logistics Spain<\/a>, celebrada en Guadalajara.\u00a0Sin embargo, a\u00f1adir costes de devoluci\u00f3n por transporte de forma generalizada no es una opci\u00f3n, aunque ya van incluidos en los precios finales. El director general de Tipsa, Antonio Fueyo, ha alertado de que \u201cno es justo que yo a\u00f1ada en el precio lo que me va a costar el transporte tanto de entrega como de devoluci\u00f3n, porque hay gente que es un \u2018profesional de la devoluci\u00f3n\u2019 y pide cinco tallas para quedarse con una\u201d.
