Concretamente, en el proyecto se han desarrollado dos demostradores de reciclado: uno de ciclo cerrado (el pl\u00e1stico se mantiene en el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimplas.es\/blog\/automocion-y-transporte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sector de la automoci\u00f3n<\/a>) ya que se trata de pasos de rueda para veh\u00edculos fabricados por la aragonesa SIGIT y otro de ciclo abierto en el que se han fabricado tuber\u00edas en una planta de producci\u00f3n de Portugal, cercana al socio ISOLAGO.<\/p>\n<p>El papel de AIMPLAS en el proyecto ha consistido en optimizar el pretratamiento de los paragolpes y dep\u00f3sitos para obtener la materia prima reciclada con la que fabricar los nuevos productos de los demostradores. El resultado ha sido una reducci\u00f3n del 20% en las emisiones de CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0generadas durante el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n de los nuevos productos, gracias al uso de un 30% de pl\u00e1stico reciclado proveniente de los veh\u00edculos fuera de uso. La aceptaci\u00f3n de este pl\u00e1stico reciclado en productos de estos y otros sectores permitir\u00e1 reducir su huella carbono en un 85%. Adem\u00e1s, el centro tecnol\u00f3gico se ha encargado del an\u00e1lisis de los impactos ambientales durante todo el ciclo de vida, tanto del proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n de piezas pl\u00e1sticas en los desguaces, como en el proceso productivo de piezas con\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimplas.es\/lineas-investigacion\/materiales-sostenibles\/materiales-reciclados\/\" target=\"_blank\"
