La estructura de ra\u00edles cuenta con 50\u00a0robots Red Line que se mueven eficazmente para reorganizar y transportar las cajas. Para el picking y el almacenamiento de los productos se utilizan diez puestos de trabajo AutoStore ergon\u00f3micos Carousel-Port que se pueden cambiar pulsando un bot\u00f3n. BIKE24 puede adaptarlos en funci\u00f3n del proceso, decidiendo los puestos Port que se utilizan en cada momento y aplicaci\u00f3n. Los robots inteligentes de AutoStore procesar\u00e1n los productos de los pedidos recibidos, que se llevar\u00e1n a continuaci\u00f3n hasta los puestos Port, donde se colocar\u00e1n en cajas de transporte, se etiquetar\u00e1n y se precintar\u00e1n. Un sistema de transporte llevar\u00e1 las cajas precintadas directamente de los puestos Port a la zona de env\u00edo. Los pedidos que deben completarse en las zonas manuales del almac\u00e9n se agrupan primero en carros de picking y se completan luego con Multiorder, un proceso de picking que optimiza los recorridos. De esta manera, los pedidos ya est\u00e1n agrupados cuando llegan a los puestos de embalaje, gracias a lo cual las l\u00edneas de pedido se pueden consolidar r\u00e1pidamente y con eficacia. En la zona de env\u00edo se clasifican y cargan los pedidos de todos los clientes por empresa de transporte y
