class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The new package of <strong>anti-crisis measures approved by the Government<\/strong> allows the <strong>extension of the deferral of social contributions<\/strong>, as well as the increase of the <strong>indexation of the fuel concept<\/strong> in the formation of the tariffs in transport contracts.<\/p>\n<p>The new <strong>Decree-Law 20\/2022<\/strong> on anti-crisis measures, published on Wednesday 28 December in the <strong>Official State Gazette<\/strong>, as a continuation of those approved last March and July in response to the economic consequences of the war in Ukraine, includes several economic and administrative measures of interest to transport companies.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.todotransporte.com\/search?q=fenadismer\">Fenadismer<\/a>, in addition to the new 20 cents per litre rebate on fuel for the road transport sector and other professional sectors, the new Decree-Law extends another economic measure applicable to the sector until 30 June, such as the updating of the fuel variation index in the clause for the <strong>revision of transport tariffs<\/strong> in ongoing contracts, which was approved last July as a result of the rise in fuel prices experienced last year.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, until that date, <strong>40% of the percentage increase in diesel fuel<\/strong> prices will continue to apply for larger trucks (over 20 tonnes MMA), <strong>30%<\/strong> for medium-sized trucks (between 3.5 and 20 tonnes) as well as for construction trucks and <strong>20%<\/strong> for trucks of up to 3.5 tonnes.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, the Decree-Law no longer includes another of the measures approved for the road haulage sector last July, which in practice had hardly been used and had even caused a great deal of confusion. This is the measure relating to the obligation to include the <strong>cost of fuel<\/strong> separately in contracts made by hauliers for daily or occasional journeys.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-402a187 elementor-widget elementor-widget-button\" data-id=\"402a187\"
