Los tr\u00e1ficos elegibles son los realizados entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 2023.<\/p><p>La segunda convocatoria del eco-incentivo ferroviario est\u00e1 dotada con 25 millones de euros de los fondos NextGenerationEU. En la primera convocatoria se adjudicaron un total 26,1 millones de euros a las empresas Renfe Mercanc\u00edas, Captrain Espa\u00f1a, Medway, Transfesa Logistics, Low Cost Eail, CSP Logiten, Go Transport Servicios y CEFSA.<\/p><p>Las cantidades se adjudicaron en funci\u00f3n de los tr\u00e1ficos realizados entre los meses de abril y diciembre de 2022, que obtuvieron una mejora con respecto al mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p><p>En las pr\u00f3ximas semanas se publicar\u00e1 la tercera convocatoria de este programa, correspondiente a los tr\u00e1ficos que se realicen durante el 2024, con una asignaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito prevista similar a las dos anteriores, rondando los 25 millones de euros.<\/p><p><strong>Equilibrar el reparto modal<\/strong><br \/>El objetivo de las subvenciones dirigidas a operadores ferroviarios, y que no ha cambiado en esta nueva convocatoria del Ministerio de Transportes y Movilidad Sostenible, es contribuir a impulsar el tr\u00e1fico de mercanc\u00edas por tren, mejorar el desempe\u00f1o ambiental de la actividad y reequilibrar el reparto modal para incrementar el peso del tren.<\/p><p>La documentaci\u00f3n se ha de presentar por los interesados a trav\u00e9s de v\u00eda electr\u00f3nica en el portal de gesti\u00f3n de subvenciones de la sede electr\u00f3nica del Mitma. Cabe la posibilidad de que el cr\u00e9dito solicitado pueda exceder el presupuesto disponible; en ese caso, la subvenci\u00f3n del importe global m\u00e1ximo ser\u00e1 prorrateada entre los beneficiarios.<\/p><p><strong>Mejor tracci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica<\/strong><br \/>Para optar a las ayudas, los potenciales beneficiarios deber\u00e1n haber registrado durante 2023 un tr\u00e1fico mayor o igual a la media de los tr\u00e1ficos realizados durante el mismo periodo de los dos a\u00f1os anteriores, as\u00ed como conseguir una ocupaci\u00f3n o eficiencia de m\u00e1s del 20%, entre otros requisitos.<\/p><p>Si el aumento de los tr\u00e1ficos fuera menor al 8%, la ayuda m\u00e1xima se minorar\u00e1 en funci\u00f3n de la tasa de crecimiento. Es decir, el eco-incentivo se ajusta mediante una proporci\u00f3n lineal entre el m\u00ednimo, que es el 50% del m\u00e1ximo, y el m\u00e1ximo fijado. As\u00ed, las empresas recibir\u00e1n una mayor o menor ayuda en funci\u00f3n de la evoluci\u00f3n de su actividad, la ocupaci\u00f3n de sus vagones de carga o el tipo de tracci\u00f3n de las locomotoras.<\/p><p>De este modo, se dar\u00e1 una mayor ayuda a la tracci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica que al di\u00e9sel y se primar\u00e1 un mayor grado de ocupaci\u00f3n de los vagones de carga.<\/p><p><strong>La alternativa del ferrocarril<\/strong><br \/>El programa de eco-incentivos est\u00e1 orientado a transformar el sistema de transporte de mercanc\u00edas, que implica requisitos y cambios por parte de sus actores. Unas ayudas que forman parte del Programa de apoyo al transporte sostenible y digital incluido en el Componente 6 del Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n, Transformaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia (PRTR).<\/p><p>En concreto, el programa del eco-incentivo ferroviario tiene un triple objetivo: consolidar e incrementar la cuota modal del ferrocarril dentro de las cadenas multimodales como alternativa en el transporte de mercanc\u00edas, ayudar a los operadores a incrementar sus tr\u00e1ficos haciendo m\u00e1s atractiva la oferta ferroviaria para los clientes, y mejorar su desempe\u00f1o medioambiental incentivando que se priorice el uso de sistemas de tracci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctricos y se mejore la eficiencia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
