La implantaci\u00f3n de un programa de gesti\u00f3n de reparto produce una dr\u00e1stica reducci\u00f3n del tiempo de planificaci\u00f3n (se considera que puede ser hasta del 80%), una reducci\u00f3n de costes visible desde el primer d\u00eda (reducci\u00f3n de consumos de combustible, papel, etc.), y en un plazo muy corto, permite poder crecer con un reparto m\u00e1s eficiente aumentando el ratio del volumen de env\u00edos por ruta y conductor gestionada.<\/p><p>Todos estos beneficios operativos, tangibles y palpables, tienen a\u00f1adido otro tipo de beneficios no tan visibles, pero que son igual de importantes tanto para el propio personal de la empresa de transporte o distribuci\u00f3n, como para los clientes finales, de los que poco se habla y se tiene en cuenta cuando se afronta un proyecto de implantaci\u00f3n de un sistema de gesti\u00f3n y optimizaci\u00f3n de rutas.<\/p><p><strong>El beneficio de nuestro personal<\/strong><\/p><p>La situaci\u00f3n laboral actual, con una clara falta de mano de obra en sectores como el transporte, requiere de las empresas un mayor esfuerzo por mejorar la calidad del trabajo de sus empleados. En este punto entra por ejemplo la implantaci\u00f3n de un planificador, optimizador y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/logistiko.es\/\">aplicaci\u00f3n para organizar rutas de reparto<\/a>\u00a0como la que ofrece Log\u00edstiko.<\/p><p>Desde el momento en el que se implanta el gestor de reparto, las empresas comienzan a estandarizar sus procesos, adem\u00e1s de unificarlos en un \u00fanico punto de trabajo. La estandarizaci\u00f3n tiene una consecuencia y es que los errores se reducen significativamente, ya que todos los operativos conocen cu\u00e1l debe de ser el proceso de trabajo establecido.<\/p><p>Esta estandarizaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n trae consigo una reducci\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s, al eliminar los puntos de incertidumbre y la falta de claridad en la aplicaci\u00f3n de los procesos de reparto.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfY el cliente?<\/strong><\/p><p>Hab\u00edamos hablado del cliente, y as\u00ed es, porque el objetivo final de implantar un sistema o app de reparto, adem\u00e1s de la reducci\u00f3n de costes, la eliminaci\u00f3n de errores y de incertidumbres, es el impacto que generar\u00e1 en nuestro cliente, que recibir\u00e1 un servicio de mayor
