En los \u00faltimos meses, el proyecto ha ganado un sustancial n\u00famero de miembros, entre los que se encuentran empresas como\u00a0<strong>Kuehne + Nagel, Maersk\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00a0<strong>MSC<\/strong>. El proyecto busca cambiar la temperatura est\u00e1ndar de almacenamiento y transporte de alimentos congelados, baj\u00e1ndola de los actuales -18\u00b0C a -15\u00b0C, con el objetivo de disminuir significativamente el impacto ambiental sin comprometer la seguridad alimentaria.<\/p><p>Tradicionalmente, la industria ha mantenido los\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/logistica.cdecomunicacion.es\/tags\/congelados\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">alimentos congelados a\u00a0<strong>-18\u00b0C<\/strong><\/a>, una pr\u00e1ctica que ha sido seguida durante un siglo sin una base cient\u00edfica s\u00f3lida. Sin embargo, los avances en tecnolog\u00eda de la cadena de fr\u00edo y la log\u00edstica han abierto la puerta a reconsiderar esta norma.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Una medida que tambi\u00e9n reduce costes<\/h2><p>Los \u00faltimos estudios llevados a cabo en este campo han demostrado que una reducci\u00f3n de tres grados puede traducirse en una disminuci\u00f3n del consumo energ\u00e9tico de entre un\u00a0<strong>10%<\/strong>\u00a0y un\u00a0<strong>11%<\/strong>, lo que no solo reduce las emisiones de carbono, sino que tambi\u00e9n implica un ahorro econ\u00f3mico importante para las empresas.<\/p><p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nomadfoods.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nomad Foods<\/a><\/strong>, el principal fabricante de alimentos congelados en Europa ha sido uno de los primeros en respaldar esta iniciativa. En febrero de 2024, la compa\u00f1\u00eda public\u00f3 los resultados de un estudio de 12 meses que confirma que almacenar los alimentos a\u00a0<strong>-15\u00b0C<\/strong>\u00a0no afecta su seguridad, textura, sabor ni valor nutricional. Estos hallazgos apoyan la transici\u00f3n hacia esta nueva pr\u00e1ctica en la cadena de suministro.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cMove to -15\u00baC\u201d gana m\u00e1s
