Con este acuerdo, la empresa comienza la incorporaci\u00f3n progresiva de<strong>\u00a0HVO en su flota de transporte,<\/strong>\u00a0lo cual permitir\u00e1 reducir considerablemente las emisiones netas de CO\u2082 y promover una econom\u00eda m\u00e1s circular en el sector log\u00edstico.<\/p><p>A partir de este mes de diciembre,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nexotrans.com\/noticia\/115820\/nexolog\/db-schenker-recibe-el-galardon-a-la-innovacion-por-su-programa-idp-pro.html?cache=true\">DB Schenker<\/a>\u00a0espera empezar a utilizar HVO en\u00a0<strong>34 veh\u00edculos de su flota en Iberia, con un objetivo de consumo de 500.000 litros<\/strong>\u00a0de este combustible renovable para 2025. Esta iniciativa inicial representa una reducci\u00f3n estimada de m\u00e1s de 1.500 toneladas de CO\u2082 en comparaci\u00f3n con el uso de di\u00e9sel convencional, ayudando a avanzar hacia una log\u00edstica m\u00e1s respetuosa con el medio ambiente. En 2026, DB Schenker buscar\u00e1 ampliar en Iberia la cantidad de\u00a0<strong>veh\u00edculos que hagan uso de HVO a m\u00e1s de 60, con un objetivo de consumo de 1,2 millones de litros<\/strong>, lo que resultar\u00e1 en un ahorro adicional de, al menos, 3.500 toneladas de CO\u2082. Las rutas cubiertas con esta flota renovable abarcar\u00e1n todo el \u00e1mbito de la pen\u00ednsula Ib\u00e9rica, incluido Portugal.<\/p><p>\u00abEste acuerdo con Repsol es un reflejo de nuestro compromiso con la sostenibilidad y el medio ambiente, siendo otro paso m\u00e1s dentro de nuestro ambicioso plan de descarbonizaci\u00f3n en el sector log\u00edstico en la pen\u00ednsula ib\u00e9rica\u00bb, comenta\u00a0<strong>Alberto P\u00e9rez, director de Transporte Terrestre de DB Schenker en Iberia<\/strong>. \u00abEstamos orgullosos de contribuir activamente a la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones y de seguir fortaleciendo nuestro compromiso con una log\u00edstica m\u00e1s verde y eficiente\u00bb.<\/p><p>Esta iniciativa se suma a la electrificaci\u00f3n de parte de nuestra flota, en la que contamos ya con 11 veh\u00edculos de gran tonelaje en Iberia.
