La compa\u00f1\u00eda ha comunicado\u00a0<strong>la adquisici\u00f3n de su unidad productiva y filiales por parte del fondo de inversi\u00f3n brit\u00e1nico CAP Capital<\/strong>, especializado en insuflar liquidez a firmas tecnol\u00f3gicas. No obstante, el negocio depender\u00e1 de una nueva sociedad, ya que la liquidaci\u00f3n de las mercantiles de Kivnon sigue su curso.<\/p><p>El magistrado del juzgado mercantil n\u00famero 6 de Barcelona ha optado por la oferta de CAP Capital\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alimarket.es\/logistica\/noticia\/399796\/luis-carrillo--mecalux--presenta-oferta-por-la-unidad-productiva-de-una-experta-en-robotica-movil-en-concurso\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">frente a la realizada por Luis Carrillo, accionista de Mecalux<\/a>, y que cuenta con significativas diferencias. Fuentes de Kivnon han confirmado a Alimarket la\u00a0<strong>subrogaci\u00f3n del 80% de la plantilla de las dos compa\u00f1\u00edas en concurso<\/strong>\u00a0(Kivnon Global, matriz del grupo; y Kivnon Log\u00edstica, empresa principal). Ello corresponder\u00eda a alrededor de un centenar de trabajadores, frente a los 58 puestos de trabajo que inclu\u00eda la oferta de Carrillo.<\/p><p>La experta en rob\u00f3tica asegura que \u00aben esta nueva fase, se mantendr\u00e1n tanto el equipo humano como el conocimiento t\u00e9cnico acumulado, as\u00ed como el portafolio de productos\u00bb, este \u00faltimo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alimarket.es\/logistica\/noticia\/389656\/la-especialista-en-automatizacion-kivnon-suma-presencia-internacional-y-modelos-amr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ampliado durante 2024 con un nuevo AMR<\/a>\u00a0y que continuar\u00e1 fabric\u00e1ndose en la instalaci\u00f3n productiva de Barber\u00e0 del Vall\u00e8s (Barcelona). No en vano, cada vez m\u00e1s compa\u00f1\u00edas optan por introducir estos robots m\u00f3viles para la gesti\u00f3n intralog\u00edstica en su cat\u00e1logo, en base a las conclusiones del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alimarket.es\/logistica\/informe\/395470\/informe-2024-del-sector-de-sistemas-de-almacenaje-y-estanterias-en-espana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Informe 2024 de Sistemas de Almacenaje de Alimarket<\/a>. Adem\u00e1s, CAP Capital tambi\u00e9n mantiene las filiales en Reino Unido, Francia, Alemania, Eslovaquia, Estados Unidos y M\u00e9xico, tampoco contempladas en la propuesta del socio de Mecalux.<\/p><h3>Una nueva empresa gestionar\u00e1 el negocio de Kivnon<\/h3><p>Como parte de esta evoluci\u00f3n nace\u00a0<strong>Green Robotics<\/strong>, la nueva empresa que asumir\u00e1 el legado de Kivnon y que est\u00e1 liderada por Juan Prieto, socio fundador de este grupo. Inicia su andadura con un capital de 9 M\u20ac y con la perspectiva de\u00a0<strong>invertir \u00abm\u00e1s de 3 M\u20ac anuales en I+D durante 2025 y 2026\u00bb<\/strong> para el desarrollo
