El Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.puertodesevilla.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Autoridad Portuaria de Sevilla<\/a>\u00a0ha aprobado la concesi\u00f3n de una parcela de m\u00e1s de 12.000 m\u00b2 a Sevisur Log\u00edstica, empresa gestora de la ZAL e integrada en la socimi Merlin Properties, para levantar estas nuevas infraestructuras que supondr\u00e1n una inversi\u00f3n de 6,5 millones de euros.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"967\">La nave principal, de m\u00e1s de 6.300 m\u00b2, ser\u00e1 un espacio log\u00edstico multiusuario y polivalente, adaptado tambi\u00e9n a la log\u00edstica de fr\u00edo, cuya inauguraci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prevista para el primer trimestre de 2026. La segunda, con 2.400 m\u00b2, se dedicar\u00e1 al crossdocking y se espera que entre en funcionamiento a finales de este a\u00f1o.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1149\">Con esta ampliaci\u00f3n, la ZAL \u2014que ya cuenta con 200.000 m\u00b2 construidos y empresas como Amazon, XPO o Logista\u2014 consolida su posici\u00f3n como centro log\u00edstico multimodal clave en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1611\">Adem\u00e1s, el Puerto de Sevilla ha experimentado un notable incremento en el tr\u00e1fico de mercanc\u00edas. Solo en marzo de 2025 super\u00f3 el mill\u00f3n de toneladas, un 6,6 % m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o anterior. Destacan especialmente los gr\u00e1neles s\u00f3lidos, que crecieron un 25,8 %, impulsados por&#8230;<\/p><div class=\"code-block
