Realiza desde este espacio\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alimarket.es\/logistica\/noticia\/387237\/districenter-confirma-la-logistica-inversa-en-el-nuevo-almacen-de-penguin-y-cierra-2023-manteniendo-facturacion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la log\u00edstica inversa para Penguin Random House<\/a>, si bien el operador tambi\u00e9n puede dar servicio desde all\u00ed a otros clientes.<\/p><p>La soluci\u00f3n elegida por Districenter es un\u00a0<strong>sistema de clasificaci\u00f3n rob\u00f3tica tridimensional (3D)<\/strong>\u00a0que responde a \u201c os retos de un flujo de mercanc\u00edas altamente variable\u201d, seg\u00fan indica SSI Schaefer. El sistema se estructura entorno a una plataforma elevada sobre la que\u00a0<strong>operan 48 robots m\u00f3viles, cada uno con capacidad para transportar productos de hasta 5 kg<\/strong>. Cuenta, adem\u00e1s, con siete puestos de inducci\u00f3n desde los que los operarios trasladan los productos desde pal\u00e9s multicapas a los robots. La compa\u00f1\u00eda destaca las posibilidades del software, que \u201cpermite una gesti\u00f3n din\u00e1mica del overflow\u201d, es decir que identifica autom\u00e1ticamente ubicaciones disponibles en tiempo real, incluso si los espacios asignados est\u00e1n llenos, teniendo en cuenta criterios como cantidad, calidad y rotaci\u00f3n del producto.<\/p><p>La soluci\u00f3n ha sido concebida con una arquitectura flexible y un enfoque multicliente, y\u00a0<strong>est\u00e1 preparada para ser ampliada con una segunda plataforma en un nivel inferior<\/strong>, replicando las funciones
