Este proceso implica redise\u00f1ar rutas de transporte, invertir en infraestructuras multimodales, digitalizar operaciones y mejorar la trazabilidad de mercanc\u00edas en toda la cadena de valor. Para ello, se requerir\u00e1 incorporar perfiles formados en gesti\u00f3n de crisis, optimizaci\u00f3n de rutas, planificaci\u00f3n de la demanda, comercio internacional, tecnolog\u00edas de
