Seg\u00fan el informe\u00a0<strong data-start=\"397\" data-end=\"466\">\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aecoc.es\/webinar\/perspectivas-2025-para-la-cadena-de-suministro-del-sector-gran-consumo-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Perspectivas para la Cadena de Suministro del Gran Consumo 2025<\/a>\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0presentado por\u00a0<strong data-start=\"482\" data-end=\"491\">Aecoc<\/strong>\u00a0esta semana en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noticiaslogisticaytransporte.com\/?s=madrid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Madrid<\/a>, los niveles de servicio en log\u00edstica y transporte han disminuido notablemente durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, generando preocupaci\u00f3n en fabricantes y distribuidores.<\/p><p data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"1110\">El estudio revela que solo un 51 % de los fabricantes y un 33 % de los distribuidores cumplen actualmente sus objetivos en cuanto a niveles de servicio, cifras que contrastan con el 70 % y el 45 %, respectivamente, registrados el a\u00f1o anterior. Este descenso evidencia la creciente presi\u00f3n sobre las cadenas de suministro del sector y subraya la necesidad de nuevas estrategias para mantener la eficiencia y la competitividad.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1166\">Prioridades y retos de las cadenas de suministro<\/h3><p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1511\">El informe destaca que la rentabilidad contin\u00faa siendo la prioridad principal de las cadenas de suministro en el gran consumo, seguida de la adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas, en especial inteligencia artificial generativa, la implantaci\u00f3n de medidas de sostenibilidad y, en cuarto lugar, la mejora de los niveles de servicio.<\/p><p data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1655\">No obstante, existen importantes barreras que dificultan la consecuci\u00f3n de estos objetivos. Entre los principales retos identificados est\u00e1n:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"2054\"><li data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1723\"><p data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"1723\"><strong data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"1698\">Dificultad para encontrar transporte<\/strong>\u00a0adecuado y disponible.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1861\"><p data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1861\"><strong data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1748\">Absentismo laboral<\/strong>, que afecta al 81 % de las empresas consultadas, con un incremento del 5 % al 10 % en la mayor\u00eda de los casos.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"1942\"><p data-start=\"1864\" data-end=\"1942\"><strong data-start=\"1864\" data-end=\"1891\">Incertidumbre econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>, que condiciona la planificaci\u00f3n y la inversi\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1943\" data-end=\"2054\"><p data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"2054\"><strong data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"1981\">Retenci\u00f3n y atracci\u00f3n de talento<\/strong>, un factor cr\u00edtico en un sector dependiente de personal especializado.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2109\">Estrategias para mejorar la operativa log\u00edstica<\/h3><p data-start=\"2110\" data-end=\"2212\">Para responder a estos desaf\u00edos, las empresas del gran consumo est\u00e1n
