M\u00e1s de 250 asistentes han participado hoy en la primera edici\u00f3n del ciclo \u201cDi\u00e1logos C\u00e1tedra\u201d, conducido por el presidente de la Autoridad Portuaria de Sevilla, Rafael Carmona, que ha contado con el CEO de Merlin Properties, Ismael Clemente, como protagonista. <br><br>\n\nEn un acto introducido por la vicerrectora de Planificaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica y Econ\u00f3mica de la Universidad de Sevilla, Carmen Barroso; el decano de la Facultad de Ciencias Econ\u00f3micas y Empresariales, Antonio Navarro; y el director de la C\u00e1tedra, Jos\u00e9 Luis Gal\u00e1n, los m\u00e1ximos representantes de la Instituci\u00f3n portuaria y de la compa\u00f1\u00eda inmobiliaria cotizada en bolsa han debatido sobre \u2018El papel estrat\u00e9gico de los puertos en la revoluci\u00f3n de la log\u00edstica y las nuevas tendencias inmobiliarias\u2019.<br><br>\n\nEn su intervenci\u00f3n, el presidente de la Autoridad Portuaria de Sevilla ha destacado la trayectoria profesional de Ismael Clemente, calific\u00e1ndola como un ejemplo para los estudiantes que participan en esta actividad acad\u00e9mica.<br><br> \n\nEl di\u00e1logo ha continuado en torno a la actual situaci\u00f3n del sector log\u00edstico y el papel estrat\u00e9gico de las infraestructuras, con especial incidencia de las Zonas de Actividades Log\u00edsticas que gestiona Merlin, una en Sevilla y otra en Barcelona.
