En la mayor\u00eda de f\u00e1bricas estos materiales son transportados por los propios operarios de un lugar a otro para su reciclaje, lo que aumenta los tiempos de producci\u00f3n a largo plazo y suponen un riesgo para el personal. Para mejorar y optimizar este proceso,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.automaticaeinstrumentacion.com\/texto-diario\/mostrar\/3495704\/mir-robots-lanza-sistema-calcular-numero-amr-necesarios-planta-logistica\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>MiR Robots<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0ha reorganizado y automatizado la planta de FM Logistic en Mszczon\u00f3w (Polonia), con el robot MiR200<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Las instalaciones polacas de FM Logistic, promotor de soluciones de co-packaging sostenible, manipula cada d\u00eda en sus procesos de co-packaging, en torno a 70 productos diferentes. A su vez, esta actividad genera 200 toneladas de envases de cart\u00f3n para desechar, que deben ser transportados y reciclados. Con tal de optimizar esta tarea,\u00a0<strong>la empresa ha contado con el robot m\u00f3vil aut\u00f3nomo (AMR) MiR200 equipado con un contenedor para transportar los envases usados entre la l\u00ednea de co-packing y el volquete, sin necesidad de intervenci\u00f3n humana<\/strong>.<\/p><h2>Transporte de envases usados 24 horas, seis d\u00edas a la semana<\/h2><p>Para aumentar la eficacia del transporte de los envases usados,\u00a0<strong>el MiR200 trabaja las 24 horas del d\u00eda en un sistema de tres turnos, entre cinco y seis d\u00edas a la semana<\/strong>. Un solo robot recorre una distancia de 300 metros cada vez y 18,5 kil\u00f3metros al d\u00eda, con lo que libera a los empleados de tareas mon\u00f3tonas y reduce considerablemente los costes de
