Esta cifra consolida el\u00a0<strong>crecimiento de la contrataci\u00f3n dentro del sector, que<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>ha incrementado en un 5,4% las afiliaciones respecto al mes anterior\u00a0<\/strong>y se posiciona como uno de los sectores l\u00edderes en creaci\u00f3n de empleo en Espa\u00f1a. Adem\u00e1s, cabe se\u00f1alar que estas cifras representan un nivel de contrataci\u00f3n r\u00e9cord desde el inicio de la pandemia.<\/p><p>Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, Synergie ha analizado cu\u00e1les son las claves y las tendencias que se dan en el mercado laboral dentro del sector log\u00edstico. A grandes rasgos,\u00a0<strong>S\u00edlvia Balcells, directora general de Synergie<\/strong>, afirma: \u201cLas cifras de contrataci\u00f3n del sector log\u00edstico demuestran el crecimiento exponencial que est\u00e1 experimentando esta industria y, por el momento, no aparecen indicios de que la Reforma Laboral haya afectado negativamente a los niveles de contrataci\u00f3n. La log\u00edstica est\u00e1 demostrando una gran capacidad de resiliencia ante adversidades como las dificultades geopol\u00edticas surgidas a ra\u00edz del conflicto en Ucrania o la situaci\u00f3n de
