Estos art\u00edculos pueden llegar a representar hasta el 40% del stock de algunas marcas y el 50% no vuelve a la venta con el mismo valor.<\/p><p><strong>Galo de Reyna, co-CEO de la compa\u00f1\u00eda log\u00edstica iF Lastmile<\/strong>, explica: \u201cLas cifras ponen de manifiesto la problem\u00e1tica que supone la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.logisticaprofesional.com\/texto-diario\/mostrar\/3798927\/especial-protagonismo-logistica-inversa-impacto-medioambiental-sector-textil-moda\">\u00a0log\u00edstica inversa para el sector textil<\/a>. Solo desde el punto de vista operativo puede penalizar hasta el 30% del valor de la mercanc\u00eda devuelta y representar entre un 10 y un 12% de la facturaci\u00f3n de un\u00a0<em>e-commerce<\/em>\u201d.<\/p><p>Aplicar costes adicionales, endurecer las condiciones de las devoluciones o penalizar a los consumidores que son reincidentes son algunas de las alternativas que valoran poner en marcha algunos comercios online para reducir el impacto de las devoluciones. Sin embargo, estas acciones pueden convertirse en una barrera, pues\u00a0<strong>nueve de cada diez clientes no volver\u00e1n a comprar en una web tras una mala experiencia con una devoluci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>En la b\u00fasqueda de una soluci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>para minimizar la incidencia de las devoluciones, la optimizaci\u00f3n del proceso log\u00edstico ejerce un papel fundamental<\/strong>.
