El programa se financiar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s del\u00a0<strong>Mecanismo de Recuperaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia (MRR)<\/strong>, tras la evaluaci\u00f3n positiva de la Comisi\u00f3n del Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n, Transformaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia de Espa\u00f1a y su adopci\u00f3n por el Consejo.<\/p><p>El programa pretende<strong>\u00a0fomentar la transici\u00f3n del transporte de mercanc\u00edas por carretera al transporte por ferrocarril para reducir las emisiones de CO2<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, el programa apoyar\u00e1: la\u00a0<strong>construcci\u00f3n, adaptaci\u00f3n o mejora de los muelles de carga<\/strong>\u00a0y de las terminales de transporte ferroviario de mercanc\u00edas, as\u00ed como sus\u00a0<strong>conexiones con la red ferroviaria principal del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, y la\u00a0<strong>adquisici\u00f3n o el acondicionamiento de vagones para el transporte de mercanc\u00edas<\/strong>\u00a0por ferrocarril, en particular los que se adec\u00faan a la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de autopistas
