Sin embargo, se calcula que de todas las ventas el 30 por 100 se devuelve.<\/p><p>Al aumento extraordinario de las transacciones del comercio electr\u00f3nico, le ha salido un gran enemigo: las devoluciones. Seg\u00fan el\u00a0<strong>Observatorio Cetelem 2021<\/strong>, se calcula que\u00a0<strong>el 30 por 100 de las compras de\u00a0<i>ecommerce<\/i>\u00a0de los espa\u00f1oles se devuelven<\/strong>, generando una merma en la facturaci\u00f3n del 4 por 100 de cualquier tienda online. Los costes de traslado y gesti\u00f3n de las devoluciones duplican a los de las entregas, porque, entre otras cosas, su correcta log\u00edstica inversa requiere de personal que verifique su estado cuando llegan al almac\u00e9n de vuelta. Adem\u00e1s, las devoluciones al fabricante suponen para las distribuidoras un coste a\u00f1adido m\u00e1s.<\/p><p>Por ejemplo, seg\u00fan un estudio realizado por\u00a0<strong>EAE Business School<\/strong>, los consumidores espa\u00f1oles devuelven el 50 por 100 de las compras en l\u00ednea realizadas durante el\u00a0<strong>Black Friday<\/strong>. En \u00e9l, se sit\u00faa a Espa\u00f1a como el cuarto pa\u00eds europeo con mayor volumen de compras devueltas, una cifra que est\u00e1 por encima de la registrada en periodos en los que no hay promociones (30 por 100) y el de la venta tradicional (6 por 100).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-402a187 elementor-widget
