El incremento del canal a cliente final, e-commerce o B2C, es un primer factor, ya que en muchos casos las empresas ten\u00edan y tienen mucho camino por recorrer para adaptarse a esta nueva realidad. S\u00f3lo hace falta comparar las ratios de compra online en pa\u00edses como Francia, UK o Alemania con nuestro pa\u00eds para ver que hay recorrido para mantener una tendencia creciente a\u00fan por algunos a\u00f1os.<\/p><p>Sea como sea, el segundo factor, m\u00e1s inesperado en muchos casos, ha sido el gran contagio creciente que la log\u00edstica B2B o del retail ha sufrido del B2C. El surtido de productos se ha doblado de media en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, y este aspecto tiene un impacto muy directo en la log\u00edstica a tienda y en el resto de la cadena, al ser el espacio en tienda el mismo, ya que implica menor stock en tienda y mayor frecuencia de reposici\u00f3n con cantidades m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as. En un porcentaje muy alto del total de referencias, se ha definido como norma habitual que la reposici\u00f3n sea unidad a unidad y no caja a caja, por contagio directo de la log\u00edstica
