Los expertos de Generix Group han recopilado los\u00a0<strong>principales desaf\u00edos que supondr\u00e1 el Black Friday para la cadena de suministro:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Anticiparse a las demandas y estructurar las acciones para mitigar los acontecimientos<\/strong><\/p><p>Todas las empresas que ofrecen productos a los clientes tienen picos de servicio espec\u00edficos y, en el comercio electr\u00f3nico se evidencia en per\u00edodo concretos como en Black Friday, donde surgen los mayores desaf\u00edos. Si la organizaci\u00f3n hace sus deberes y comienza el plan estrat\u00e9gico con antelaci\u00f3n,<strong>\u00a0anticiparse y estructurar puede convertirse en el caballo ganador.<\/strong><\/p><p>La preparaci\u00f3n previa es importante y\u00a0<strong>puede estipularse entre dos y tres meses de antelaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Pero cabe se\u00f1alar que, incluso con todas las comprobaciones anteriores, la planificaci\u00f3n puede verse afectada por la caracter\u00edstica espec\u00edfica del comercio electr\u00f3nico, su dinamismo. Por ello,\u00a0<strong>es necesario que los responsables log\u00edsticos sean flexibles y \u00e1giles a los cambios repentinos de escenario<\/strong>. Es realmente importante estar estructurado, involucrar a todos los departamentos &#8211; profesionales de IT, ventas, log\u00edstica, transporte, atenci\u00f3n al cliente &#8211; y estar al tanto de
