class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El nuevo paquete de\u00a0<strong>medidas anti crisis aprobado por el Gobierno<\/strong>\u00a0permite la pr\u00f3rroga del\u00a0<strong>aplazamiento de las cotizaciones sociales<\/strong>, as\u00ed como el incremento de la\u00a0<strong>indexaci\u00f3n del concepto del combustible<\/strong>\u00a0en la formaci\u00f3n de las tarifas en los contratos de transporte.<\/p><p>El nuevo\u00a0<strong>Decreto-Ley 20\/2022<\/strong>\u00a0de medidas anti crisis, publicado este mi\u00e9rcoles 28 de Diciembre en el\u00a0<strong>Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Estado<\/strong>, como continuaci\u00f3n de los que se aprobaron los pasados meses de Marzo y Julio para dar respuesta a las consecuencias econ\u00f3micas derivadas de la guerra en Ucrania, incluye varias medidas econ\u00f3micas y administrativas de inter\u00e9s para las empresas transportistas.<\/p><p>Seg\u00fan informa\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.todotransporte.com\/search?q=fenadismer\"><strong>Fenadismer<\/strong><\/a>, adem\u00e1s de la nueva bonificaci\u00f3n de hasta 20 c\u00e9ntimos por litro en los combustibles para el sector del transporte por carretera y otros sectores profesionales, el nuevo Decreto-ley prorroga otra medida econ\u00f3mica de aplicaci\u00f3n al sector hasta el 30 de Junio, como es la actualizaci\u00f3n del \u00edndice de variaci\u00f3n del combustible en la cl\u00e1usula de\u00a0<strong>revisi\u00f3n de las tarifas del transporte<\/strong>\u00a0en los contratos continuados, que fue aprobada el pasado mes de Julio como consecuencia de la subida de los precios de los combustibles experimentada este \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.\u00a0<\/p><p>As\u00ed hasta esa fecha se seguir\u00e1 aplicando<strong>\u00a0un 40% del porcentaje de subida del gas\u00f3leo<\/strong>\u00a0para los camiones de mayor tama\u00f1o (de m\u00e1s de 20 toneladas de MMA),\u00a0<strong>un 30%<\/strong>\u00a0para los camiones medianos (entre 3,5 y 20 toneladas) as\u00ed como para los camiones de obras y\u00a0<strong>un 20%<\/strong>\u00a0para los camiones de hasta 3,5 toneladas.<\/p><p>Por el contrario, el Decreto-Ley ya no recoge otra de las medidas aprobadas para el sector del transporte de mercanc\u00edas por carretera el pasado mes de Julio, y que en la pr\u00e1ctica apenas hab\u00eda sido utilizada e incluso hab\u00eda originado bastante confusi\u00f3n. Se trata de la medida relativa la obligaci\u00f3n de recoger de forma separada\u00a0<strong>el coste del combustible<\/strong>\u00a0en los contratos que realizaran los transportistas para viajes
