Los datos de Savills se\u00f1alan una apertura en cuanto a las localizaciones preferidas por los inversores. Los mercados principales de Madrid y Catalunya han concentrado el 69% del volumen y el 54% de los activos transaccionados en el pa\u00eds, respectivamente, pero se ha registrado un incremento de las inversiones log\u00edsticas en provincias como Valencia, Sevilla, Vizcaya y Zaragoza, que hasta el momento no hab\u00edan sido prol\u00edferas en este sector, adem\u00e1s de en zonas m\u00e1s descentralizadas como Burgos o Galicia.<\/p><p>Las constantes subidas de los tipos de inter\u00e9s por parte del Banco Central Europeo (BCE) han provocado un encarecimiento de la financiaci\u00f3n, situaci\u00f3n que ha derivado en un incremento de los niveles de rentabilidad, los cuales han aumentado 50 pbs adicionales (75 pbs desde inicios de a\u00f1o). As\u00ed, las rentabilidades en Espa\u00f1a se situaron a cierre del tercer trimestre en el 4,75% en activos\u00a0<em>prime\u00a0<\/em>y en el 5,75% en el mercado secundario. El mayor volumen de la inversi\u00f3n ha procedido de capital internacional: el 52% de Estados Unidos y el 16% de Singapur, aprovechando la fortaleza del d\u00f3lar frente al
