Correos Express apunta que\u00a0<em><strong>un 89%<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>de los usuarios del canal on-line en Espa\u00f1a se declara satisfecho con la entrega de sus pedidos.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con los resultados de este trabajo se\u00f1ala que un 26% de los espa\u00f1oles compra a trav\u00e9s de internet al menos una vez a la semana y\u00a0<em><strong>un 42% prefiere la compra on-line<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0a acudir a establecimientos f\u00edsicos.<\/p><p>As\u00ed mismo, el an\u00e1lisis de la filial de paqueter\u00eda urgente de Correos indica que\u00a0<em><strong>un 69% de los servicios de paqueter\u00eda se realizan a domicilio<\/strong><\/em>, con un 80% de los pedidos entregados en el plazo fijado y un 58,8% de los servicios realizados por el grupo del operador postal p\u00fablico.<\/p><p>Entre los\u00a0<em><strong>motivos de los clientes<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>para acudir al canal on-line, el estudio concluye que un 81% lo hace por conveniencia, mientras que un 61% lo hace por precio y un 44% por rapidez.<\/p><p>En cuanto al\u00a0<em><strong>grado de satisfacci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>de los usuarios con todo el proceso, Correos Express lo sit\u00faa en m\u00e1ximos en sus pasos iniciales de b\u00fasqueda y pago, mientras que cae con fuerza a la hora de hacer el seguimiento del pedido y en los tiempos de entrega, para volver a crecer con la recepci\u00f3n y retroceder a m\u00ednimos en las devoluciones&#8230;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-402a187 elementor-widget
