Los activos m\u00e1s afectados en ca\u00eddas de precios fueron los de log\u00edstica y los de\u00a0<i>retail<\/i>.<\/p><p class=\"\">Concretamente, el ajuste anual en activos log\u00edsticos alcanz\u00f3 una ca\u00edda del 2,66%, aunque en el segundo semestre fue especialmente fuerte, del 6,83%, como muestra la evoluci\u00f3n de las tasaciones de los activos pertenecientes a sociedades cotizadas valoradas por CBRE.<\/p><div id=\"_wmass_21269999998807907\"><div id=\"jw-0790707907\"><p class=\"\">En el caso del sector residencial (adquirido por inversores y destinado al alquiler), el ajuste interanual fue del 0,31%, tras descender un 1,16% de julio a diciembre. Por \u00faltimo, en oficinas, la correcci\u00f3n en 12 meses fue del 1,81% y del 3,18% en el tramo final del a\u00f1o. Para el c\u00e1lculo de CBRE se han tenido en cuenta un total de 175 activos, con una superficie superior a los 3,1 millones de metros cuadrados y un valor agregado de 8.090 millones de euros.<\/p><p class=\"\">Seg\u00fan CBRE, en la actividad retail, los centros comerciales han recuperado los niveles de ventas prepandemia, si bien las afluencias siguen ligeramente por debajo de las antiguas (un 7,5% para diciembre de 2022).<\/p><p class=\"\">Respecto a la log\u00edstica, por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo, el sector registr\u00f3 r\u00e9cord de demanda, cerrando 2022 con un total de 2.820.000 m2 de contrataci\u00f3n y un nivel de disponibilidad a la baja.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72808c1
