En el estudio\u00a0<strong>\u2018Qu\u00e9 quieren los profesionales hoy\u2019<\/strong>, el 93% ve esa flexibilidad como algo importante para su vida y\u00a0<strong>1 de cada 5 profesionales trabajar\u00eda cuatro d\u00edas a la semana por menos sueldo para conciliar mejor<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Antonio Holgado, director corporativo de log\u00edstica y transporte de ManpowerGroup<\/strong>, destaca:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cLas empresas del sector log\u00edstico sufren desde hace a\u00f1os para poder incorporar j\u00f3venes a sus equipos. La flexibilidad es un reto, dadas las particularidades de la industria, pero los avances que se puedan lograr en este \u00e1mbito facilitar\u00e1n el acceso a m\u00e1s talento y, con ello, impulsar\u00e1n la competitividad de las organizaciones que lo logren. Dadas las limitaciones para ofrecer incentivos econ\u00f3micos,\u00a0<strong>las empresas del sector deben centrarse en crear una cultura inclusiva y responsable<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, deben desarrollar una propuesta de valor que incorpore elementos que sus empleados y potenciales candidatos valoren, como m\u00e1s tiempo de ocio, ayudas para comidas y para desplazamiento, etc.\u201d.<\/p><h3><strong>Nuevos perfiles<\/strong><\/h3><p>La\u00a0<strong>Generaci\u00f3n Z<\/strong>\u00a0-nacida entre 1990 y 2000- se ha ido incorporando progresivamente al mercado del empleo y<strong>\u00a0constituir\u00e1 el 27% de la poblaci\u00f3n activa en 2025.\u00a0<\/strong>Este colectivo se caracteriza por una\u00a0<strong>mayor exigencia en cuanto al compromiso con el medioambiente y por un esp\u00edritu cr\u00edtico<\/strong>. As\u00ed, el 52% de ellos afirma que las empresas no est\u00e1n haciendo lo suficiente en materia medioambiental&#8230;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
