Rack Guard | Rack leg protector
RackGuard™ is designed to protect rack legs and uprights from front, side and scrape impacts by workplace vehicles. RackGuard works by absorbing and deflecting impacts. It transfers energy around the rack leg rather than through it, preventing damage and maintaining the structural integrity of the racking system. Ten frictional grip points, a compression hinge and a centralising rubber lug ensure a secure grip to any rack leg. The RackGuard Tool Set makes installations quick and simple.
Micro barrier mFlex ground level
mFlex Single Traffic Barrier Ground Level is designed to safeguard walls, structures, goods and machinery from the wear-and-tear of frequent low-energy impacts at near-ground level. Over time, such impacts can damage surfaces, materials and stock. They can even break expensive equipment. The barriers guide vehicles and prevent them from encroaching onto protected areas.
Bollard
iFlex™ Bollards are designed to protect structures and equipment from vehicle impact damage. They provide a robust physical presence to prevent access or guide vehicles and pedestrians. iFlex Bollards are strong, durable and highly visible. iFlex | Pedestrian Barrier
iFlex™ Pedestrian Barrier 3 Rail is designed to segregate and safeguard pedestrians from moving vehicles and potential workplace hazards. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. iFlex Pedestrian Barrier 3 Rail is ideal for facilities with lightweight vehicles operation or if there is a risk of shallow angle impact accidents. The flexible, energy-absorbing barriers visually define traffic routes. They also physically protect pedestrians and drivers in the event of an impact by cushioning and deflecting impact forces.

RackEye | Warehouse Racking Impact Monitoring
Rack impacts can lead to operational disruption, missed KPIs and escalating maintenance costs. In the most extreme cases, they might even result in racks collapsing. RackEye offers an intelligent solution to this problem by monitoring warehouse racking 24/7 and instantly notifying warehouse management when an impact has occurred.
Step Guard | Floor level flexible protection
The Step Guard offers unprecedented heavy-duty low-level protection that prevents injuries and damage in vehicle charging areas, goods holding areas and pedestrian walkways. The dangers in these areas of the workplace can lead to pedestrian injuries, damaged infrastructure and costly downtime. Unique in being able to withstand multiple impacts from vehicles weighing up to 6,400Kg (14,100lbs), and functioning as a step for vehicle drivers, the Step Guard can also be quickly installed alongside other barriers.
