APPIA.adp - WMS for Logistics Operators
APPIA.adp is a software designed for logistic operators which brings together a warehouse management system (WMS) and a logistics billing solution. Simplicity and adaptability are the two key advantages of APPIA.adp when it comes to managing multi-client operations. Barcode terminals optimize diverse and complex plant operations through a user-friendly interface that delivers agility and zero errors. The flexibility of the prices and the ease of applying to the operator’s different clients make the billing process extremely simple and secure. Its functions can be extended with satellite programs: - APPIA.rf - Program that can be installed in the radiofrequency terminals to work with them inside the warehouse. - APPIA.tabula - Leave routine tasks to APPIA.tabula and save time and avoid forgetting. This robot automatically performs the scheduled tasks with the scheduled periodicity. It knows how to send and import files, print, send emails, integrate with clients, suppliers or transport agencies, and much more. - APPIA.edia - Website for customers of the logistics operator. Get maximum transparency with your customers by providing them with information on orders and stocks online. - APPIA.go - Web for customers where they can track shipments and access proof of delivery (POD) and where they can also order collections and deliveries. - APPIA.mobile – Your deliveries in real time with APPIA.mobile. PICK & PUT-TO-LIGHT SYSTEMS | APPIA GROUP
Pick & Put-to-Light are picking methods based on light technology. The LED helps the operator to quickly find the exact quantity and location of items for picking or distribution. The aim is to speed up order picking and reduce errors in goods handling. WHO IS IT INTENDED FOR? - E-commerce operations - Logistics centers with heavy picking loads - Small products that are easy to handle, usually packed in boxes. - Large warehouses that group several orders in a picking route. - Warehouses with APPIA.adp (WMS) DISCOVER SOME OF OUR PROJECTS Intelligent locker: Warehouse operators will be able to perform a pick & put-to-light, agile, efficient and with error detection. How does it work? - It is necessary to make a massive extraction of a batch of orders and deposit it on the sorting table. - The front LEDs indicate in which box the read item should be left. - The rear LEDs light up as the orders are completed. - Thanks to color coding, several operators can work simultaneously on the same side of the locker. Picking cart: Intelligent device that allows simultaneous order picking, streamlining the work of operators and eliminating human errors! How does it work? - After reading the barcode, the box where the product is to be deposited is illuminated. - The green LED will notify that the product has been deposited correctly. - The red LED will notify that errors have been made. APPIA.button: Portable pick & put-to-light system. How does it work? - Configurable, WI-FI controlled and autonomous button. - LED light indicates the exact location where the operator should deposit the product - The button can be configured to emit an audible signal to guide the operator to the location where the goods are to be deposited - The push button validates the action and notifies the WMS of it
