WMS - platbricks Warehouse Management System - SGA
platbricks is a platform with standard interfaces to ERP/WMS systems, a control center with real-time capabilities, scalable process logic and configuration options, easy-to-use applications with state-of-the-art user interfaces, and 100% Software as a Service invoicing. There are still numerous gaps in digitalization and paper-based processes in logistics. Fixed computers at goods receipt, the lack of management of storage locations in production, and paper-based picking and replenishment processes are just a few examples of the potential for change. To this end, we developed platbricks®: a digital, modular system that enables internal and cross-company logistics processes to be coordinated and executed on the go with smart wearable devices. The platbricks® construction kit consists of more than 500 features and functions that can be freely combined with each other in a wide variety of use cases. This gives rise to numerous use cases and business models throughout the supply chain, ranging from the digitalization of a goods receipt process to the use of a warehouse management system.

platbricks® Production Supply ensures the balance between security of supply, low inventory levels, and short reaction times in terms of lean production, taking into account the ever-increasing complexity and variety of products. The essential components in the control center are: Mapping of production supply areas, including product-supported administration Integration of route trains for timely supply and disposal of materials and containers through mobile apps for tablets, scanners, smartphones, and the like, and mapping of different routes Kanban Monitor in Platbricks Production Supply The Kanban monitor is the central control solution for efficient and transparent material supply in your warehouse. It provides a real-time overview of the status of all Kanban containers, visualizes stock movements, and automates replenishment control. Thanks to intelligent automation, the Kanban monitor detects bottlenecks at an early stage and triggers reorders as required for seamless material availability. The precise visualization of all processes ensures that you always have an overview of your Kanban control loops and can avoid bottlenecks. The Kanban monitor integrates seamlessly into existing systems and ensures an efficient, transparent, and automated material supply.
Container Management
platbricks® Container Management manages and optimizes the internal and external container flows, and enables them to be executed with smart wearables. All processes are systemically integrated and digitalized throughout. Container accounts and stocks are updated in real-time after each handling process and made available to the participants of the container cycle. The container management also supports the disposition of container requirements and forecasting of future needs. platbricks® container management ensures a complete tracking of containers and synchronizes container cycles to the production plan.

With platbricks® Yard Management, you can digitize and control your plant logistics efficiently and flexibly, from time slot booking to truck dispatch. The module covers all processes on the company premises - from vehicle registration to the management of parking spaces and ramps to the provision of goods. Cover all Standard Processes in the Supply Chain Many companies still rely on paper-based processes in intralogistics that struggle to meet today’s requirements. For example, the paper has many disadvantages compared to paperless methods regarding the execution of picking, replenishment, goods receipt, or goods issue processes, such as loss of productivity or a lack of transparency. If a paper is no longer used, then expensive, heavy, and unwieldy RF scanners are directly integrated into the principle system.
