AS-SGA (Warehouse Management System)

A WMS is a computer tool specialized in the complete logistics management of a warehouse, which manages all logistics processes in real time: receipt of purchases, location, replenishment of picking, preparation of orders, closure of dispatch / packing and returns. At As Software we have been implementing our AS-SGA solution in multiple sectors for more than 20 years. However, distribution companies with a powerful eCommerce must handle a very large number of orders, usually a few lines per order, which usually involves many merchandise collection routes through the warehouse. The improvement that we provide with our AS-SGA solution consists of an advanced wave management system that allows multiple groupings of orders, guided deliveries, etc. We will be able to expose and explain these functionalities during the visit.

Logistics Balanced Scorecard

El Cuadro de Mando Logístico AS-CML ofrece información inteligente, a gerentes, directivos y responsables, al medir el rendimiento y la salud de su gestión en base a indicadores claves como: el servicio al cliente (porcentaje de cumplimiento de previsiones), la cartera de productos (nivel de cobertura y porcentaje del incremento de su stock), la calidad en la entrega (porcentaje de servicio a tiempo, calidad de servicio y calidad de servicio por líneas) o la logística interna -actividad del almacén- (porcentaje de ocupación del almacén). Esta solución es totalmente ejecutable vía web como local y está desarrollada para que pueda integrarse con cualquier sistema, de gestión empresarial (ERP) del mercado. El Cuadro de Mando Logístico mejora la gestión del responsable logístico a través del cálculo de previsiones de venta por producto en base a determinados factores como: el histórico de ventas, el nivel de servicio a los clientes, el ciclo de vida del producto, la estacionalidad de las ventas y la importancia del producto para la empresa. Todo ello teniendo además en cuenta otros agentes como si el muestreo de las ventas sigue una distribución normal conocida como campana de Gauss, el coeficiente de Correlación de Pearson que a su vez mide la calidad de la recta que representa las ventas históricas en el tiempo y cómo los valores de la serie se aproximan a la recta o la importancia del producto para la empresa ABC, mediante el proceso de cálculo nocturno de la clasificación A, B, C del producto, entre otros. En su análisis evolutivo es capaz de determinar las tendencias de venta, estacionalidades de la demanda y ciclo de vida del producto, factores imprescindibles a la hora determinar el nivel de stock optimo para el producto/periodo.
