ErgoMove® – e-mobility solutions
Blickle offers a modular system that upgrades means of transport, machinery and equipment with electric drive, steering and brake assistance via plug & play. The modular sets include two fixed castors with electric drive, cockpit solutions with integrated control and battery unit as well as all relevant safety devices (emergency stop, horn, dead man's brake systems, anti-trap protection, etc.). By means of commercially available exchangeable batteries, the operational readiness of the systems is guaranteed at all times, even in 24/7 use. Even the heaviest loads of up to 4,000 kilograms can be moved safely and easily by hand.
Blickle Besthane®
The Blickle Besthane® and Besthane® Soft tread series make the workplace a more ergonomic environment The IGR Institute of Health and Ergonomics (IGR Institut für Gesundheit und Ergonomie e.V.) has awarded the Blickle Besthane® tread series its “ergonomic product” quality seal. This series includes the Besthane® tread, with a hardness of 92 Shore A, and the Besthane®Soft with a hardness of 75 Shore A. Wheels and castors with these treads help to optimise the ergonomic aspects of transporting goods. The tests performed by the IGR were based around the DIN 33 419 / EN ISO 15537 standards. The seal was awarded due to the extremely low starting, rolling and swivel resistance of the tread series, which is made possible by the high elasticity of the polyurethane material. This material ensures that hardly any energy is lost when wheels and castors with a Besthane® tread are in motion, which makes it much easier to push and pull a trolley. Besthane® treads require up to 40 percent less force than other polyurethane treads.
Blickle SoftMotion soft rubber tyres
The grey tread of the POES soft rubber series is non-marking and made from the high quality “Blickle SoftMotion” rubber compound with a hardness of 55 Shore A.It is vulcanised onto the impact-resistant nylon wheel centre, which makes the wheels capable of handling significant lateral loads. The extra-thick tread with a specially tailored contour provides outstanding floor surface preservation and smooth rolling performance, a low level of rolling resistance and a high level of operational comfort. The POES soft rubber series offers the optimal solution for all applications where excellent damping of the transported goods and significant noise reduction are vitally important. The ALES series can be used for higher speeds.
Compact and levelling castor series
Small castors for a stable hold Compact castors combine a particularly impressive load capacity with a low mounting height. Some of these castors can support loads of up to 700 kg, with a total height of just 112 mm. Compact twin castors can handle even more: up to 1750 kg with a total height of just 125 mm. They are perfectly suited for reducing the risk of tall and heavy furniture tipping over due to a high centre of gravity. That’s why they are frequently used for server racks or control cabinets. Compact castors are the first choice when significant load capacities are required despite space being at a premium, such as under a hospital bed. Blickle’s levelling castors are the perfect solution for mobile equipment, transport units and machinery which are frequently moved and then locked in place. They are frequently used for mechanical engineering applications, such as packaging machines, lathes and laboratory equipment. The same castor can be used to both get them in motion and lock them in place elsewhere. There usually is not enough space to use levelling feet alongside the castors. That’s why both functions were combined in the levelling castor. In contrast to standard locking systems, the wheel is raised when the truck lock is extended, removing the load. This protects the wheel and prevents flattening. The truck lock also keeps units secure and stable, even when used on heavy machinery.

Electrically conductive heavy duty wheels and castors with “Blickle EasyRoll” elastic solid rubber tyres and aluminium wheel centre ALEV electrically conductive and antistatic wheels and castor series The ALEV…-EL and ALEV…-SG-AS series are made of a high-quality elastic solid rubber Blickle EasyRoll tread and a wheel centre made of die-cast aluminium. The smooth rolling tread has a hardness of 71 Shore A and is vulcanised onto the wheel centre. The heavy duty wheels and castors in the ALEV series provide a low level of rolling resistance, a high level of operational comfort, low-noise operation and good floor preservation. The resistance of the electrically conductive ALEV...-EL series is ≤ 104 ohms. The resistance of the non-marking grey and antistatic ALEV...-SG-AS series is ≤ 107 ohms. Both series are used at high speeds and are frequently used to transport sensitive electrical equipment. The non-marking grey version can also be used on sensitive floors.
Castors for aluminium profiles
