CMC CARTONWRAP
The Cartonwrap is an automatic system, developed for the on-demand packaging sector, capable of creating "dynamic boxes" and that is, using cardboard as packaging material, this is automatically sized by the machine based on the dimensions acquired by a reader optical positioned at the entry point under which the object to be packaged passes. This dynamic processing system was designed with the goal of meeting the needs of leading e-commerce companies. The fundamental characteristic of this machinery lies in the technology on demand, which allows the packaging to be created around the three main dimensions of the product, thus reducing the materials commonly used to protect the object within the packaging, as well as the space occupied by media. Of transport. This last characteristic allows to reduce the emissions produced by 40% compared to traditional methods. In addition to the most ecological aspects, CMC Carton Wrap also supports a very high hourly production, capable of reaching up to 1,000 units/h.
CMC GENESYS
THE NEXT GENERATION 3D BOX ON DEMAND MACHINE CMC Genesys the only auto-packer that can be directly connected to a warehouse storage through the CMC Patented Vary-Tote system. Orders are automatically picked and consolidated in the CMC VaryTote which is directly conveyed to the Genesys auto packing system. CMC VaryTote features adjustable inner guides used to correctly size the items. This adjustment will determine the dimension of each box which will be unique to each order. This innovative concept allows you to feed and pack multi-line orders without the requirement to be strapped or wrapped together. CMC Genesys is the ultimate solution for packaging automation. By using plotter to cut and crease the exact box template, CMC Genesys creates a unique box structure that not only uses less cardboard than a standard Regular Slotted Cartons but also holds items in position removing the need for void fill. When the plotter cuts ad creases the flat blank, trimmings aren’t cut out and discarded, but folded inside the 4 edges of the box creating a containing barrier for multiple items. The end customer experience is enhanced through the box “easy open” and “resealable strip”, as the same box can also be used for returns. As any other CMC auto packing solutions, the machine dramatically saves labour costs and reduces freight/box volumes and cardboard consumption. Just in time consolidation in the Vary-Tote eliminates completely needless offline operations and allows to keep pace with the machine speed thus improving productivity. This new fully automatic technology eliminates any loading and human operations and improves the customer experience, delivering orders in perfect size, sustainable boxes.
CMC PAPER PRO
THE NEW ECO-FRENDLY, FULLY AUTOMATED, HIGH-VOLUME AUTO-BAGGING MACHINE CMC Paper-PRO combines the unrivalled CMC wrapping technology with the latest high-speed packaging and e-commerce requirements. This automatic auto-bagger can securely wrap a variety of products in dynamically cut, ready-to-ship paper bags. Orders are fed in continuous motion on a dedicated induct conveyor with the barcode presented on top. Integration to the customer WMS provides instant order association, full data management and 100% process integrity. Orders are scanned for size so that each final bag is custom sized to the length and height of each order, thus reducing wrapping materials and volumes shipped. Once wrapped, bags are sealed with low impact hot melt glue to guarantee for the highest sustainable results. Optionally the system can integrate a despatch note/invoice printing and inserting system, check weighers and different sortation options. CMC Paper-PRO can use both Paper-PRO Kraft cardboard paper and the newest Paper-PRO bubble paper that offer the same robustness and protection as standard polybags or padded mailers.
