Costo Intralogistics has more than 35 years of experience in the implementation of projects all over the world of automated transport, storage, and order fulfilment systems for intralogistics. Costo Intralogistics executes the project, the manufacturing, the installation, and the commissioning of complex systems for pallets, boxes, trays, and articles based on innovative global solutions including various types of shuttles, stacker cranes, miniloads, monorails, conveyors, lifts and sorters, used in several segments of industry (including the cold supply chain), distribution (third party logistics, wholesalers, retailers) and e-commerce.
The software required to control these systems, in particular the Warehouse Management and the Material Flow Control systems, as well as pick-put to light, RF, vision, and voice picking solutions, are developed in-house.

Warehouse Shuttle System
Shuttles (carriers) that move autonomously, in all directions, through a compact racking block. The racking block is equipped with one or more integrated lifts that can move the shuttles from one level to the others. Suitable for a variety of pallet sizes and for different storage and retrieval criteria as per customer requirements.
