Carros PTL para picking
Dolma Systems' PTL Carts for mobile picking allow you to carry out multiple operations in the warehouse. Keops is an application for palletizing. It consists of a powerful graphical interface that allows you to design the palletizing mosaics in a simple and intuitive way. Mosaic and product management is done on a PC without the need to touch or modify the robot program. Internally, the Keops application has some libraries that are adapted to each brand of robot, for sending and collecting data. Carro PTL Motorizado
New version of our PTL car, it has movement assistance; This model has a motorized wheel that helps the operator with the movement of the cart, increasing maneuverability and allowing large loads to be handled effortlessly, with a limit of 300kg. Thanks to the motorized wheel, picking with this cart is fast, functional and productive. Optionally, it can have a screen with a reader built into the cart, which shows the necessary information for the worker. It can also be controlled with a PDA. The cart has the operation of the "Pick to Light" system, which consists of guiding the operator through displays to locate the product on the cart. Picking procedure: 1. The first step is to assign the cart with the PDA to be able to locate the merchandise. 2. Loading of the cart with the boxes associated with the orders is carried out using the associated PDA and the position displays. 3. Next, on the PDA, the cart is moved to picking and the cart display will indicate the location of the warehouse to which the operator has to go to begin the loading operation. 4. Once in the corresponding location, the loading operation is carried out, scanning the product barcode with the PDA and placing the quantity indicated by the displays in the corresponding boxes. 5. When all the products have been placed in the cart, the display will inform you of the completion of the process with a "End of Loading" message. 6. The unloading operation is carried out by validating the codes of the boxes with the PDA.
