PA SBS - DYNAMIC SHOCKPROOF BOLLARD
It has a hollow structure which has an optimum dynamic reaction to impacts. The innovative SBS® patented system reduces floor stress to the minimum and guarantees the maximum protection’s holding capacity over time. The bollard is fitted with base gasket and has a shockproof sharp edges free airbag cap. Carried out tests prove that the inner part of the bollard results without any environmental contamination. Made of “ERTAX” technoplastic, the bollard is equipped with suitable anchor tools to guarantee right installation and excellent product’s performance. Refracting bands guarantee the maximum visibility even during night time. The bollard can under request be provided with a luminous photovoltaic system with 360° twilight led.
PAG - FLOOR CASTED SHOCKPROOF BOLLARD
It is the most suitable protection for wide spaces under repeated vehicles and heavy duty vehicles traff ic. The application of homologated refracting yellow bands ensures a very high level of visibility in the day time and is of prime importance for night time.
PAG-RX - FLOOR CASTED SHOCKPROOF BOLLARD
The project and the development of PAG-RX are a turning point in the context of the ordinary concept of shockproof bollard. Because of its particular shape, it is possible to apply directly into the floor a full section cylinder which has no holes or cuttings. The innovation of the full structure geometry rounded at the top edge ensures many advantages as for the installation as also in terms of sanitization and hygiene. The particular polymer in which is developed and the fixing directly into the floor through core drilling determine an excellent shock resistance with high dissipation capacity minimizing the leverage effect and taking advantage of the very high resistance through its diameter range.
BAUM - DYNAMIC SHOCKPROOF BARRIER
This profile has a variable geometry shape which allows a controlled deformation in case of impacts. It is made of reinforced polymer, realise to be used in areas with low temperatures (down to -20°C). It is the most suitable solution for installations both in in-door areas (frozen food cold rooms) and out-door areas (in presence of high temperature range). The new patented SBS® fixing system avoids fl oor stress and gives long life to the barrier itself. According to HACCP rules. BAU-SO - OVERHEAD SHOCKPROOF BARRIER
Exclusively conceived to protect the upper part of doorways and gateways, the overhead barrier is available in two diff erent versions of barrier profiles, Class V0 profile or Class BT profile, with variable geometry shape which allows a controlled deformation of the element in case of impact. It is off ered in diff erent lengths, standard or customizable as also the fixing spacers whose shape can be modified upon specific structural needs of the installation area.
BAUM-TX - RACKING SHOCKPROOF BARRIER
This type of barrier with variable geometry shape allows a controlled deformation and it is available in two diff erent profile versions, reinforced V0 fireproof class polymer profile or Class BT profile. It is the ideal solution to protect racking’s front side. Moreover, being protected against moving forklifts, this barrier permits to save on head columns maintenance costs. BAU-Bi & BAU-Tri - DYNAMIC SHOCKPROOF BARRIER WITH DOUBLE OR TRIPLE PROFILE
This barrier is suitable for example for the protection of machinery and equipment, electrical boards etc., and to satisfy the need of a diff erent height in comparison to the single profile barrier. With a total height of 650 mm (double profile barrier) and 1090 mm (triple profile barrier) it has two shockproof overlapped barriers assembled together with two columns equipped with the innovative patented SBS® Dynamic Device which guarantees the highest level of collision dissipation. BABICO & BATRICO - DYNAMIC HANDRAIL BARRIER
This barrier complies all safety requirements for pedestrian areas. It is completely modular, extremely flexible and it fits with every kind of track. Each unit is composed of two end columns and two/three handrail profiles made of reinforced fireproof polymer V0 class. BAUCP2-Sfil - DYNAMIC SHOCKPROOF REMOVABLE BARRIER
This Removable Dynamic Shockproof Barrier represents the ideal solution in every case there’s the need to install systems that can be removed when necessary. It’s a fast and easily removable shockproof protection system which associates its practical installation with Go Systems columns’ dynamic features as the tear-proof system of the base, airbag cap advantages and high visibility of the barrier through the application of maximum refractive coeff icient refl ective bands. BAU-Mo.Sfil & BAU-Bi.Sfil - SLIDING SHOCKPROOF BARRIER
This barrier is suitable for example for the protection of machinery and equipment, electrical boards etc., in order to maintain the protected equipment viewable. It is structured with one, two or more shockproof sliding and extractable profiles placed in a fl oor fixed upright, equipped with a special guide. CA.VV - PUSH AND PULL GATE
Right balance between delimitation and high frequency of passage. Lightweight and functional it turns out to be an excellent solution as borderline in pedestrian areas and walkways. The Push and Pull Gate is structured with shockproof profiles and equipped with memory return springs that ensure the automatic closing of the gate after workers passing through and ensuring in this way constant compliance with rules on safety. In addition to the standard version, on request and according to individual user requirements can be defined sizes and application of fasteners at 90° or 180° limitation.
CA.TELESCOPIC GATE
Telescopic technology applied to this gate permits to border areas where at times there’s the need to guarantee access and transit not only for people but also for moving vehicles such as forklifts, trucks and similar. Through this innovative and functional solution is possible to obtain openings with available passage width up to 2,5 meters with only one unit and up to 5 meters with two joined units, one per side. The telescopic gate is structured with shockproof profiles and appropriate guides made of Ertax material placed on shockproof columns that are equipped with all technology and properties of Go Systems high-tech solutions. It is easy to install, useful to satisfy every day needs and with a pleasant design.
LEXAN BARRIER
The ideal solution to protect pedestrian walkways and areas. Innovative, unique in its gender and eager to satisfy the demand of an high level of smart design and elegance such to be installed as basic requirement in Relax and Break Areas of industrial zones and public or private spaces. This type of barrier is easy to install inserting panels in appropriate guides made of Ertax material and placed on shockproof columns that are equipped with all technology and properties of the classic Go Systems shockproof bollard. Moreover, shockproof protection property is a result of the technology applied to columns combined with mechanical properties specific of Lexan panels characterized by high elastic memory (Lexan is used for automotive lighting units, helmet visors, safety helmet and shockproof shields for the police force). The panels are usually supplied in azure version or upon request in smoke grey and transparent version and in diff erent thicknesses in order to reach the bulletproof property.
WALL BARS - MODULAR SAFETY PROTECTION
This protection system is unique in its gender and it has been conceived to comply with the dynamism and the dissipation of the impact energy level. Thanks to the modular system, this barrier can be planned and based in many ways to face any protection need, maintaining unchanged its characteristics. It is the ideal solution to protect pedestrian areas where both goods storage and handling phases can bring many potential risks. The highest visibility is guaranteed by refractive bands, UNI ECE 104 rule homologated, together with yellow coloured profiles and columns.
BAUM-RX - SHOCKPROOF ANTI BREAK THROUGH BARRIER

BAUM-RX DOUBLE - SHOCKPROOF ANTI BREAK THROUGH BARRIER
RX full structure range with two round barriers and antifl ection spacer in ERTAX BT fi ber compound is the ideal solution in those environments where there is the need to minimize bacterial contamination. This particular structure is very strong, has an high impact resistance and is part of the anti-break through category. The double profi le version is the answer in all those situations where the shock center of mass is high or in many cases is at diff erent heights. Resistance to high pressure water cleaning, INOX stainless steel components and core drilling fl oor casted fi xing are successful advantages in food and pharmaceutical industries. DEli / DEco / DEan - FLOOR DELIMITER
Delimiters have been engineered by Go Systems to protect structures all around areas where there’s material’s handling and logistic automated transportation. These zones are constantly under an high impact risk level caused by accidental crash of the vehicles moving around. The delimiters block acts through a wheels blocking system which stops the vehicle, preventing the truck to go further on and preserving the integrity of the structure that has to be protected. The diff erent delimiter’s versions have been developed in order to satisfy all possible requests of customers involved in safety management. DEli delimiter, straight-line version, manufactured with rounded or straitght edges as from request. DEco version, with junctions, is manufactured in order to put many blocks together one after another with junction points. DEan delimiter, anaconda version, has been projected for variable geometry applications. This protection system is realized in BT technopolymer and is therefore low temperatures resistant and suitable to be installed in indoor areas as in outdoor areas.
RDE - SPEED BUMPER
Available in diff erent heights, the speed bumper for heavy loads is suitable to be installed in those areas where there is the need to let vehicles (forklifts as also tractor-trailers) slowdown in order to preserve people’s safety and infrastructures integrity. It can be installed with core drilling or screw fixing.
RF700G120 - FIXED COLUMN BUMPER
Engineered and tested to protect loading bays from trucks impacts during manoeuvre phases, this bumper solves the problem of cut oscillations which occur during the loading/ unloading phases. It is made up of one column in Ertax, with high sliding coeff icient, fixed to two steel flanges by means of two anchors.
RS600S.10 - SLIDING SHOCKPROOF BUMPER
Conceived to reduce to the minimum level the wear and tear of loading base doors, the shockproof sliding bumper scatters the energy generated during impacts coming from diff erent directions. Inside equipped with SBS® devices, RS600S.10 both buff ers the impacts during vehicle positioning and leads the vehicles itself during the cut oscillations of loading/unloading phases. The special system placed inside allows the correct re-positioning of the bumper after the vehicle moving away.
RL-MA / RL-PA / RL-CO / CO-ST - SHOCKPROOF BUMPER PLATE
Coating bumper plate is the right solution to protect surfaces of areas where there’s high impact level and where moving forklifts cause regular horizontal and vertical cut strain. Its innovative shape with infl ected upper and lower ends, has been specially developed to be applied in places that are subject to frequent washing and cleaning as food and chemical-pharmaceutical industries. Components are realized in ERTAX BT Class technopolymer and are available in diff erent colour versions. The bumper plate half height can be manufactured in a various height range, from 90 mm to 3000 mm and wide thickness range and is supplied with insert holes for its mechanical fixing and application with non-toxic food sealant primer. Bumper plate product is food contact certified.
DEFENCE & DEFENCE IPE
The Defence Antishock cushion is an innovative Go Systems product born to guarantee safety of machine tool operators working on machinery control boards in areas where there’s automatic vehicles movement and no wide spaces. For the fact that the Defence Cushion has no need to be fixed It can be easily positioned next to conveyor belts, roller conveyors and similar machineries to protect people’s safety. The uniqueness of the product is given by the inner liner which has high elastic memory: Its particular molecular structure controls the strain during the impact and ensures energy dissipation and a decreasing shock intensity rate. The whole structure is covered and protected with a high resistance material which gives long term use to the product even after strong and extreme stress. Buildings and industrial warehouses bearing structures as beams and iron columns can be a cause of damage for the materials that are handled in the around areas. In case of accidental impact with these beams, moved materials could inevitably be damaged or ruined by chafing or crashing with the staunchness of Iron Beams structure. Defence has been developed as beams shockproof but elastic around coating to protect handled elements preserving their integrity through the work of the Defence inner liner which is particularly reach of elastic memory. The cushion also ensures to the vertical posts the dissipation of impact energy. Furthermore, the whole cushion is covered and protected all around with a high resistance material which gives long term use to the product even after strong and extreme stress.
U.GO! - STRETCHY BOLLARD
As a result of scrupulous studies on the use of high elastic memory polymers U.GO has been developed for roads and highways applications as delineator post with homologated retrorefl ective bands. Its high elastic memory permits the bollard to deform itself completely during the impact turning in its original position and in its original shape also after many vehicles passages without registering damages neither to the vehicle nor to the bollard. High visibility also from long distances is assured by the application of more refractive bands. Because of its many features, mainly its elasticity and fl exibility, U.GO is the ideal solution as Signal and Delineator for those areas characterized by goods handling and vehicles movement: warehouses, parking, roads, highways etc. The very simple and fast fixing through its bayonet system makes U.GO stretchy bollard perfect and suitable for many diff erent application fields.
PAGV - AGVs Shockproof Dected Bollard
The AGV shockproof bollard is the result of an important research study whose aim was to complete with more technology those devices, already existing on the market, representing a complement for laser ray Automatic Guided Vehicle. These automatic guided vehicles for their movement between production lines need reference points which delimit and mark off areas where they can move within. Till today this request has been satisfied through the installation of simple devices applied in the lined areas only as points which able AGVs to read laser rays delimiting their circulation zones. Practice highlights that this areas are always more subjected also to the movement of other non-automatic vehicles as forklifts and trucks handling goods around for their storage. Consequently, reveals the need to supply reference points to be read through laser rays which should be at the same time shockproof protection systems. Go Systems AGV shockproof bollard is an answer to such expanding request, obtained through the application of the experience succeeded in safety and protection measures to simple devices for AGVs.
PLU - DOWN PIPE PROTECTION
Pipes and drainpipes outside buildings because of their position are subject to impacts and damages caused by moving forklifts and trucks. Down pipe protection system has been engineered to keep in safety these elements. Realized in ERTAX BT Class technopolymer, it strengthen the inside pipe’s structure and protects it from impacts. Its endurance over long time is ensured from high resistance to temperature range of the technopolymer of which is made, making this protection suitable for installation in outdoor areas.
GoSpace! - Outdoor Relax Area
GoSpace! is the ideal proposal wherever there’s the need to create outdoor relax spaces providing both comfort and protection. GoSpace! pleasant design combines itself with the multi functionality of a moveable structure engineered with double way grip point for fork lift truck through which it can be easily handled, non-slip floor, ergonomic seats, sky effect sheets UV and weather resistant offering protection from sun, rain and wind. The relax area can be customized in many of its elements. GoSmoke! for example is the smokers relax space equipped with ashtrays.
EXTRAKERB.14 & MWCOI BARRIER - RACETRACK SAFETY
Planned to be the most suitable completion to existing curbs in automobile race tracks, the Extrakerb Bumper has its function in destabilising car without causing itself damages and in the pursue of driver’s safety. Made of special material, with a unique shape and equipped with special fixings Extrakerb guarantees maximum eff ort both over time and in circuits safeguard. The growing attention addressed at circuits safety measures led to the study, the engineering and the ultimate implementation of our Barrier. EMPEROR SHIELD - Racking Column Protector
Emperor Shield is an easy to install dynamic protection device which, with its technologically advanced properties, assures high performance protection and functionalities. It has been engineered and realized as racking’s vertical posts safeguard so as protection of the whole racking structure itself. The variable-geometry tendentially squared shape on purpose engineered of this protection system permits Emperor Shield to fit perfectly the squared vertical posts of every type of racking, with a pinch or pliers effect on the posts enclosing them in a shell which protects the entire structure from any front or side impact.
