TramoSort Sorter systems
Designed and produced tailored to each customer's needs and operations, our TramoSort sorter systems have a package separator, which directs the packages to an analyzer (from our Tramo Check brand) where they are read. They weigh and measure themselves continuously. At the exit of the same, and once identified individually, a system of pop-up's placed at a minimum distance, with high speed and great precision, the packages or suitcases for their entry into the classification area and its subsequent diversion by one of the more than 20-30 possible double outputs set in motion. These package classifier systems have a capacity of between 3,000-3,500 packages / hour up to 9,000-10,000 packages / hour depending on the chosen system and the type of each package. JHernando adapts to each specific need to find the most appropriate classification system for the warehouse or logistics area where they are needed.

LR-Sorter (ecommerce sorting system)
The LR-sorter sorts a wide range of products to predefined destinations. The vertical layout enables bidirectional (left-right) sorting, which maximizes the number of exits in a small footprint. The sorter is built on our proven slide tray sorter technology and offers a compact solution. Thanks to the I-shaped layout, the system has a small footprint and offers possibilities for projects with limited space available. This sorter is often used for outgoing goods, but is also capable of handling returns. The LR-sorter is designed with expansion in mind and therefore has a flexible and scalable layout that allows for easy expansion. We offer a range of station options to offer the best fit for your process. In addition we offer different layout options. This includes bidirectional (sorting to the left and right) and unidirectional sorting (to one side only).
Mushiny 3D Sorter
JHernando has just sealed a valuable strategic alliance with the company Mushiny to distribute in Spain and Portugal its innovative 3D Sorter Intelligent put order solution, a pioneering sorter that can sort up to 14,400 pieces/hour of up to 5kg. The 3D Sorter is a flexible and scalable system, whose design allows for easy extensions and which mainly brings three advantages to the market: * Elevated sorting efficiency that allows sorting ratios to be increased by 2 or 3, significantly reducing errors and shorten walking distance from the operators in the warehouse. * Optimal ROI due to its high efficiency * It has a high degree of flexibility. In addition, the introduction of this sorting system on the market improves the efficiency of picking ratios by 3 to 5 times. By automating the order picking process, the 3D sorter complements both manual operations and automated systems. Mushiny's 3D Sorter is an ideal solution for both retail (in sectors such as fashion, electronics or books) and ecommerce, offering an answer to both order preparation needs and reverse logistics processes. XYZ Robotics Mixed case palletising systems
Mixed case palletising involves arranging cartons, film-wrapped items or containers of different sizes and weights on a pallet or in a cage trolley. The solutions that XYZ Robotics offers can stack stable loads with a higher density per volume (in a space-saving way) in B2B distribution. By optimising pallet patterns, mixed case palletisers can reduce the number of pallets needed to complete orders, so that the available space is managed much more efficiently. In addition, one of the advantages is that, as the process is automated, instant case palletising eliminates the need for dead spaces in the installation to leave the cases loose until they are stacked. The mixed case palletiser is intelligent and will select both the case and its placement on each pallet to ensure stability, accommodating different types of cases and containers, thus facilitating intralogistics processes. It instantly recognises different types of random boxes without the need to pre-register them, making it a highly adaptable solution.
Wayzim´s 2D Bulk Flow Singulator
Wayzim's 2D bulk flow singulator, which JHernando distributes in Spain and Portugal, uses the WZ-GE industrial cameras as its key components. Empowered by self-developed image processing technology and deep learning technology, the system can locate parcels accurately in real time. In addition, the software is linked with the control system, so that different control units of the system can automatically singulate, gap, and align parcels. In this way, the disorderly parcels are in a singular row according to the set distance and enter the subsequent automated sorting equipment in sequence.
3D Sorter Mini Intelligent Put Order Solution from Mushiny
Despite its compact size, the 3D Sorter Mini achieves a sorting efficiency of between 1,200 and 1,500 p/h and can be configured to provide single-sided and double-sided totes, with fully customizable sizes and quantities to suit each company's specific needs. This sorter is ideal for multi-line order picking, returns sorting (reverse logistics), and store replenishment. Depending on the tote's customized width, it can handle products weighing between 0.02 and 5 kg. The 3D Sorter Mini can be seamlessly integrated with WMS, WCS, ERP, and MES platforms, making it compatible with both logistics and reverse logistics, as well as the development of customized systems.
