The CubiScan®100 is an integrated volumetric and weight measuring system that provides total control in a distribution centre or warehouse. In addition to providing accurate master data on garment dimensions and weight, the APACHE Apparel makes it possible to optimise storage space, select the packaging type and improve the shipping process. Thanks to the extraordinarily high reading performance of the VICAM SNAP! multicode reading system, operators can move goods (e.g. small items, containers or large letters) under the camera matrix using both hands at high speeds. The large reading area (310 mm x 260 mm x 300 mm) makes it possible to handle goods quickly and intuitively. Thanks to the large reading area, the VICAM SNAP! automatic identification system is capable of capturing even damaged, poorly defined or badly printed codes on the most diverse surfaces, even under a protective film. DWS SYSTEM | DIMENSIONING, WEIGHING, SCANNING
LYL INGENIERÍA offers a solution for identifying multilateral objects, barcodes and 2D codes, handwritten and printed addresses, measuring volumes and dynamic weighing Identification of barcodes, 2D codes and OCR: The DWS system identifies all of the relevant information and codes, on up to six sides of the product, quickly and with a very high reading rate. This includes both handwritten and printed address information, along with barcodes, 2D codes and customer-specific codes. The system can recognise characters and codes even under transparent, corrugated and reflective plastic films. It also has the capacity to store images and the data associated with them. Measuring volume and weight: The volume and weight of the item being analysed makes it possible to invoice automatically, thereby speeding up the return on investment. BARCODE AND 2D CODE READING
Thanks to its camera-based code identification system, VIPAC makes it possible to read barcodes that are of poor quality, dirty or unreadable. VIPAC software reads barcodes and 2D codes at maximum reading rates and transport speeds of up to 4.5 m/s. Ever-increasing digitisation and e-commerce mean that the volume of data in logistics is constantly growing. Our VIPAC ARCHIVE storage system offers a solution for managing the complexity of the data recorded and analysing it. The storage system is part of our VIPAC automatic identification systems and automatically stores all recorded data, such as codes, texts, weight, volume and graphic information. Stored data can be viewed through VIPAC WEB. Data can be easily viewed, filtered and exported through this web-based application. The data stored on objects and the system can also be used for monitoring, carrying out comprehensive statistical evaluations and analysing processes, in order to achieve a transparent and, therefore, efficient flow of goods. Moreover, it is possible to check the images of parcels and the data recorded at a later date, in the event of complaints, for example. With VIPAC ARCHIVE, we offer a flexibly expandable storage system: from local data storage to a mass data solution, the various levels of extension can be adapted to suit specific circumstances and requirements.

Low contrast, low print quality? Maximise your reading rates with our solutions in OCR code reading systems. The VIPAC-OCR software reads handwritten and printed OCR characters (even when covered with transparent plastic films), including: Addresses: postcodes, town/city, street, number. Product numbers. VIDEOCODING FOR POSTAL AND PARCEL SERVICE
VITRONIC VIDEOCODING ensures optimised performance rates and process accuracy. Addresses that cannot be read by the machine or are not fully identified are sent over a fast network to video coding workstations. An image, or part of an image containing the label, is sent to a video coding workstation. Here, trained staff can rotate or zoom the image and enter data, either online or offline. Online video coding means that the data is added immediately and the item is ready for sorting. With offline video coding, the data is added at a later stage.

EC-SMALLS AUTOMATIC SCALES
If you want to weigh letters, envelopes and small parcels up to 15 kg, the EC-Smalls series scales are ideal. WIPOTEC-OCS has developed these scales especially for use in postal and courier services, and for e-commerce. Data reliability is the cornerstone of modern internal logistics. WIPOTEC-OCS EC-Warehouse scales set new standards. With a maximum weighing range of 35 kg, they provide weighing information with an accuracy of one gram, thereby setting the standards for reliable integrity checks both internally and externally. This is possible due to the use of WIPOTEC's ultra-fast weigh cells, which are unique in this price segment. The scales are available with one range or for multiple ranges. With these scales, it is possible to set very short distances between the products to be weighed. EC-EVO AUTOMATIC SCALES
The EC-Evo is the ideal solution for larger products and individual weights of up to 60 kg. These are the most attractively priced WIPOTEC-OCS scales, which, like the high-end models, have an EMFR weigh cell. The EC-Evo can be used as a set of scales for one or more range. As a multi-range set of scales, the weighing range is automatically adjusted. Logistics providers appreciate the accurate recording of weight on large weighing conveyors in the lower and medium speed ranges. The scales cover a varied range of applications and are mainly used in the logistics sector, particularly in the CEP sector, in mail order, in internal logistics and in the industrial sector for packaging, such as sacks, bags and containers. EC-SL | HC-SL AUTOMATIC SCALES
EC-SL and HC-SL series scales are designed for products up to 60 kg High weighing accuracy (up to 2 g) makes it possible to achieve speeds of up to 2.9 m/s in calibration mode. These extraordinary values are achieved thanks to the sandwich construction, which makes the structure much more rigid. This also means that the noise level can be reduced to below 65 dB. SL series scales are particularly easy to integrate. Their EMFR weigh cells are completely maintenance- and wear-free. These scales can also measure weights during acceleration and deceleration phases, on upslopes or downslopes. Due to the symmetrical structure of the conveyor, the scales can be used on both sides. Protection for fingers on the outfeed side is part of the standard equipment. There is an option for mounting the drive motor in the direction of travel to the left or to the right. HC-FL AUTOMATIC SCALES
HC-FL scales are a combination of two individual scales in series. Both scales work simultaneously and independently of each other. As soon as a parcel reaches a certain length, both individual scales function as a third virtual set of scales. The machine can be used in any situation where higher conveyor speeds and outputs are required for products with individual weights of up to 60 kg, i.e. ideally in the CEP sector. At transport speeds of up to 2.9 m/s, the scales accurately determine the weight of up to 11,000 parcels per hour. The scales are impressive in terms of performance and durability. HC-FL-T AUTOMATIC SCALES
HC-FL-T scales convert three physical scales into six virtual scales. All of the scales can work independently. Due to its design, this capacity makes it possible to have much shorter distances between products. The principle of a triple set of scales provides an increase in performance of 60% at the same speed compared to the design for a single set of scales, while ensuring first-class performance and durability. Depending on the length of the products, this triple set of scales can weigh up to three products at the same time. A triple set of scales can accurately weigh up to 19,000 packages per hour at transport speeds of up to 3.4 m/s. The scales combine impressive weighing accuracy with excellent system durability.
