Stacker Cranes
The stacker crane: automated, speedy, error-free storage Stacker cranes are machines designed to store and retrieve pallets automatically. They move in length, height, and depth to load and unload goods from racking structures in a highly agile, precise manner. Mecalux stacker cranes are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, significantly increasing warehouse productivity and maximising space utilisation to boost storage capacity. Moreover, they help reduce errors and risks associated with manual operations.
3D Automated Pallet Shuttle
The ultimate automation solution for maximising high-density storage, productivity and flexibility in an automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) for pallets The 3D Automated Pallet Shuttle is a high-density storage solution featuring an innovative multi-directional electric shuttle. This autonomous shuttle car stores and retrieves pallets from racking with unparalleled efficiency and precision. Notably, these shuttles navigate the aisles and channels within the racking structure independently, eliminating the need for additional material handling vehicles (e.g., stacker cranes or transfer cars). To move between storage levels, the shuttles employ a series of lifts.
Stacker cranes for boxes
Automating receptions and dispatches. Large productivity. Permanent inventory. Error elimination. High performance in available space. The Miniload (another name for the box stacker crane) can reach a height of 20 metres in an aisle width of only 800 mm. Automated warehouse storage system for boxes or trays that integrates shelving, machinery and warehouse management software all in one. It is made up of a central aisle, along which a stacker crane travels, and two racks built at either side used to store boxes or trays. The picking and handling area is formed by conveyors and is positioned at one end or at the side of the racking. Here, the stacker crane deposits the load extracted from the rack. The conveyors then take the box to the operator and once he/she has finished the job, it is returned to the stacker crane which then places it back in the racking. The whole system is controlled by a management software package which registers the location of all the materials in the warehouse and keeps a real time inventory.

AUTONOMOUS MOBILE ROBOTS (AMRs)
Intelligent vehicles that navigate the warehouse independently to automate and streamline the internal transport of goods. Autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) are vehicles designed to transport loads between two points independently. They navigate the warehouse freely based on dynamic routes generated by intelligent software. This software optimises the movements of the AMRs, assigning the perfect route for each task. Through the use of state-of-the-art sensors and scanners, AMRs are capable of identifying and evading obstacles. They can operate safely in collaborative environments alongside other machines as well as people.
Pallet Racking
Versatile, robust storage solution that offers direct access to each pallet. Adaptable to all types of facilities. Selective pallet racking is the most universal storage system thanks to its versatility. Its distribution in the warehouse creates a series of interior aisles, enabling direct, individual access to all pallets. This setup is ideal when working with a wide array of SKUs.
